NAME: Elysia Prime
DESCRIPTION:
Elysia Prime is a G Class planet located near the current borders of the Beta Quadrant Exploration Initiative. It has a stable, breathable atmosphere (though with less oxygen content than an M Class planet), Earth-like gravity, and a dynamic range of temperatures. The planet itself has very few plants to sustain its oxygen levels, and colonists will find themselves tiring easily for the first few months until their bodies can adapt to the lower levels of oxygen, and higher levels of carbon dioxide. The planet is not alone either. It has a single tiny moon orbiting it. The survey crew of the recently returned USS Forrester reports that the moon is full of Deuterium, while the planet itself is rich in Gallicite.

This world is uninhabited and Unclaimed.
CLIMATE:
Elysia Prime is humid, but somewhat cool, with temperatures hitting approximately 100 degrees Fahrenheit along the equator, with the poles hitting temperatures as low as -100 degrees in winter. Most of the planet is humid and temperate, however, there are spots of greenery due to the high water levels in the atmosphere. A ground based colony would have no problem becoming successful here.
RESOURCES:
This planet is rich in Gallicite, and its small moon is rich in deposits of Deuterium. Other planetary bodies in the system are negligible.
OTHER SYSTEM INFORMATION:
Elysia is a typical yellow star with little interesting information available on it, and the other planets of the system provide no real resources or negative effects on vessels passing through. Thus, the system was Elysia after the Elysion Fields of Roman Mythology, a place of peace and tranquility.
