- BACK STORY -
The Lyoko warriors have found out that the digital sea is not infinite and has boundaries. The water ends where a sinister new dimension begins. Dubbed “Zero-Space” by Jeremy, this dimension represents the large recycle bin of the World Information Network. It contains everything that has either been destroyed or deleted. The vestiges of XANA and the Scyphozoa reside here, along with past events, destroyed monsters, and countless old enemies. If XANA is ever to be completely eradicated, his last remnants must be destroyed.
Upon discovery of this mysterious new dimension, the Lyoko warriors were foolish enough to brazenly enter and explore. Needless to say, without the proper protection, they were instantly degenerated and reduced to nothingness. Too bad they decided to take Jeremy along with them. The only information that remains about Zero-Space is in Jeremy’s video diary. XANA’s vestiges still reach out from Zero-Space to activate towers on Lyoko and launch attacks, in order to prevent others from finding out his whereabouts and destroying him completely.
A new group of students at Kadic Academy stumbled upon Jeremy’s discs. Thinking they were music, they popped them into their laptops. They found out about Lyoko, XANA, Franz Hopper, and everything else about what has happened, up to the Jeremy’s shocking relevations about Zero-Space. Having remembered the horrors of the XANA Attacks in the years past, they wanted to destroy XANA once and for all. Little do they know that XANA’s tormented rest in Zero-Space has strengthened him.
Will the Lyoko Warriors triumph once again, or will XANA crush them, rise up out of Zero-Space, and eventually destroy the world along with all humankind?

- TECHNICAL INFORMATION -As stated in the first post, all the original characters are dead. So RPers will play the new group of students who find out about Zero-Space. Also, one or two RPers are needed to play the XANA-Warriors. Past, defeated XANA-warriors reside in Zero-Space. It's important to note that the Lyoko Warriors at first do not know how to enter Zero-Space without being deleted. Once the new Lyoko gang figure out how to traverse Zero-Space they will encounter XANA’s forces, including his warriors, and fight. In order to leave Zero-Space one must find a replacement for themselves to remain in Zero-Space. Thus XANA’s objective is to trap the Lyoko Warriors in Zero-Space, so he can escape. Everyone is allowed, but not required, to have two characters, so I recommend that the people playing XANA-Warriors to also have a character who is part of the new Lyoko Gang. This way you are not left out of the action in the beginning. Until the new Lyoko Warriors figure out how to enter Zero-Space, the XANA-Warriors can do nothing except talk amongst one another because they cannot leave Zero-Space. - THE GEARS OF ZERO-SPACE -
As confusing and random Zero-Space is, its own laws and rules that govern its existence are still in place. The fact that the culminate effects produce observable results that resemble computer errors make Zero-Space much more mind-numbingly hard to figure out. The following is added for convenience of the roleplayer. Keep in mind that while XANA-warriors know this information almost completely, the Lyoko warriors do not know as much.
The Arbitrary Laws of Chaos:
Zero-Space functions as the recycling bin of the World Information Network, commonly known as the internet. Deleted files and entities are stored inside the void, which surrounds the digital sea and begins at the farthest reaches of the virtual ocean.
Zero-Space utilizes a selective deletion protocol upon contact. Any entity or data not forming the infrastructure of the World Information Network instantly undergoes annhilation-deletion upon contact with the boundary between the Digital Sea and Zero-Space. The location indexes of individual data packets are written, appearing to "scatter" the object throughout zero-space much like an explosion.
When a file is deleted, it is not actually erased from its existence in a computer's memory bank until another program sees it as available space and overwrites it. To the supercomputer, deleted Lyoko entities register as being still existent in a fixed position, when in reality they are moving about in the ever-changing currents of Zero-Space. Thus, no reliable methods exist for locating XANA and his forces from outside Zero-Space.
Zero-Space's boundaries are ever-fluctuating. There is a definite range which it does not stray outside of, but within that range, the boundary changes fluidly and quickly. A wide-open sector of digital sea may be be engulfed by Zero-Space in a matter of minutes. Zero-Space may also retreat from an area previously occupied by the digital sea just as quickly.
XANA, his monsters, and his warriors are under protective measures ensuring that if they are overwritten, they will be overwritten last, when there is no more space left in the entire internet domain. This will most likely not happen in a VERY long time.
Zero-Space itself manifests to the five senses as a dark, empty void. There is no gravity, limited light, and limited invisible channels in and out that require energy and the right programs to access. It is arguable that time itself stops for the XANA-warriors inside Zero-Space, since all perception of time is lost inside Zero-Space. What seems like a minute inside may well be over an hour in the outside world, and vice-versa.
Due to the program for tower interfaces being spread out over various sectors upon its deletion, all XANA-warriors possess the ability to open up floating interfaces - much like those in towers or in sector five - wherever and whenever they wish whenever inside Zero-Space. The interfaces are stripped-down versions of the ones on Lyoko, and operate on a largely text-based OS with limited visual graphics. Proper codes must be entered to access and run programs from Zero-Space as the programs themselves are stored in Lyoko.
In order to leave Zero-Space for an appreciable time interval, two conditions must be met. A replacement for the exiting entity [EE] must be brought into Zero-Space via the corresponding entry channel, and enough energy must be made available to sustain the EE's existence in the outside world for an extended period of time. Usually this energy comes from the entity which is brought into Zero-Space and displaces the exiting entity, the displacement entity [DE], but can also be made available by draining energy from the EE if available. While the EE is outside of Zero-Space, the DE's mass is consumed by Zero-Space nearly instantly. However, its energy is used to sustain the EE's existence until it runs out, and when it does the EE is returned to Zero-Space. A flame is the equivalent of the duration of the EE's time out of Zero-Space, the DE is the equivalent of the match that is the source of the flame, and the DE's energy is the equivalent of quantity of fuel that determines how long the flame burns.
While outside of Zero-Space, any action the EE takes consumes energy. Resource-intensive actions such as activating towers and summoning monsters reduce the amount of energy available - and the remaining time available before the EE is forced to return to Zero-Space. However, in the case of XANA-warriors, the energy supply can be supplemented by draining life points. XANA-warriors are able to increase their operational time at will by draining their life points if they so desire.
If a XANA-warrior's life points are reduced to zero, they are immediately devirtualized and removed from Lyoko. If they have remaining operational time, their existence outside of Zero-Space is that of amorphous data streams in the digital-sea. The same is true for a XANA-warrior who is falls into the digital sea

Godmodding is an absolute no. An offender will be given 1 or 2 warnings before being removed from the RP. If however I think you should know better than to godmod, you will be removed without warning.
Be literate. I'm not asking for each post to be a 5-paragraph essay but please don't post one-liners. They get annoying.
Try to limit autohitting. If it's something small like a punch in the stomach, fine. But if it's a blow that can severely cripple or kill, don't do it. Use common sense on this one.
Going off of rule 4, don't kill another person's character without their permission.
Use logic. Don't post something that doesn't make sense. [[ for example, dodging a bullet fired at point-blank range ]]

Personality: Conor's first impression on many is one of arrogance. He surrounds himself with friends he considers himself to be "in the same crowd" with, but is by no stretch of the imagination a people chaser. The people usually come to him. He is especially condescending to the people he considers inferior to himself.
Bio: Conor was born to an upper-class family in France. His parents wanted to prepare him for college as soon as possible so they sent him to Kadic Academy the year he was old enough to attend. From when he first started going to school there, XANA's attacks have plagued him and the rest of the school. Due to all the returns to the past he remembers nothing, but does have vivid dreams about what happened.
Eventually the dreams got so disruptive that he went to the factory, the focal point in his dream and where an evil entity was supposed to reside, according to them. He found no evil entity, but did find an old suitcase full of CDs. He brought it back to the academy and popped one into his computer. Much to his surprise, he realized that he had found Jeremie Belpois' video diary. Unable to resist reading the personal thoughts of the school's famed genius, he looked through every CD in the case.
The diary affirmed his suspicions that there was something else going on that he did not know about. Since then he has been trying to find a way to get rid of XANA for good, with the help of a few select individuals he has let in on the secret.
Lyoko Appearance:
Weapons: 18-inch long daggers that double as throwing knives. They also contain a radiant blue energy that can be used to form a either a small shield or a long whip (pictured). He carries four of them in compressor-scabbards on his belt.

Bio: Alicia Cullen transferred to Kadic a few days after the school semester started due to the fact that her parents didn't care much for her old school. Like most kids in her shoes, Alicia was not trilled about the idea of being shipped away from her friends and town so suddenly, but realized that she had to make the best of it. On her way to Kadic Academy, the same factory that Jeremy and his friends discovered years ago, caught her eye and interest, which she decided that she would explore the next day. Despite hearing rumors that it was haunted from other students, she decided to go into the factory on her own wanting to form her own opinion on the matter. When she made it to the factory, she was surprised and a little happy to see that there were others were going inside, believing that they could disprove the idea that the place was haunted, but instead they found the discs that lead them to XANA and the supercomputer.
Lyoko Appearance: Alicia's outfit is a form-fitting bodysuit that is black and dark blue with a utility belt around her waist which carries her weapons. Her physical appearance stays relatively the same except for the fact that her hair is up in a ponytail. ((I'll try to draw the outfit later.))
Weapons: Alicia carries small bombs which cling to the target when it makes contact, exploding soon after.
Powers: She can create a shield that protect her and a few others as long as they are close together, however she cannot keep the shield up for long periods of time as it will drain most of her energy if she does.

She's territorial and hates it when people touch her things or invade her space and it's sociable unless there's something in it for her. She dislikes people who are idiots and for the most part is content with just blending in with the crowd.
Bio: Brook grew up fairly normal, her dad working for an advertising company and her mom a tax agent. Recently her dad got a promotion and her family moved to England, but Brook chose to stay in France and attend boarding school so she could have more independence. She also has a knack for making beaded jewelry, which she sells online to fund her shopping sprees.

Personality: Ethan is ruthless and hateful towards all his enemies, the humans. He has no regard for human life and lives to serve XANA, to see all humans crushed. He does not hesitate to use violent methods to achieve his goals.
Bio: Ethan stumbled upon the factory, the supercomputer, and XANA one night when he followed Jeremie Belpois and his friends to the factory. Upon overpowering Jeremy and forcing a confession out of him, Ethan decided to join up with what would eventually be the winning side. He held a knife to Jeremy's throat, forcing him to send a message to XANA about his new recruit. Xana immediately possessed him, upon hearing the news.
Jeremy managed to survive the ensuing fight with only a concussion. Ethan then virtualized himself in the mountain sector. He tweaked the virtualization so that once he was virtualized, XANA's hold on him became permanent.
Lyoko Appearance:
Weapons:
Two swords that can join together at the blades to form his transport ((see below)) or join at the handles to form either a sword-staff or a bow. Ethan is able to achieve incredible feats of archery, with his powerful bow and variety of solid and energy-based arrows.
Powers: activating and deactivating towers, manipulation of ice/monsters. ((he can attach a small chip made of ice to monsters to bring them under his direct control))
Land transport: Hoverboard
His two swords can also join side-by-side and form a platform barely wide enough for him to step on ((see above)). Twin ion engines housed in the sword handles provide lift and propulsion, making a hoverboard with speed and agility to rival Odd's. His sword hilts also form an ion cannon which can pivot around the underside of his board, allowing him to blast people in front of, to the side of, and even behind him when he is in the air.
Marine transport: Tiburón Negra
For battles in the digital sea and for transport between replikas and Lyoko, Ethan uses a small submarine ship named the Tiburón Negra, or Black Shark. Twin Ion Engines and two booster engines on the wing tips allow for exceptional speed and maneuverability, which makes up for its size. ((It is about twice the size of a Navskid))
It is equipped with electron shielding and two weapons. Like the Lyoko Warriors' navskids, the Tiburón Negra has torpedoes, with one firing tube located at the base of each wing. Its secondary weapon are the Ion Cannons located on its underside. They fire concentrated bursts that can overload other Navskids' electronic systems. The only drawback of the Ion Cannons is that they take a long time to charge up and deplete energy reserves quickly.

Bio: From birth, it seemed that Isaac's life was good. He got anything he wanted. He knew everyone at school. He had lots of friends. But for some reason, Isaac still felt that his life was incomplete. His parents were very negligent when it came to him. Thus, Isaac slowly slipped into a world of criminal intent. He lied, cheated and stole. Whatever he needed, he took. However, he was not senseless. To all the studennts, he seemed as meek as could be. After the move to the foreign school, Isaac was out exploring the woods one day. He came across a sewer drain that was slightly ajar. Equipt with the gun he had bought from a shady dealer, he went through the tunnels, that were oddly lit. He stumbled upon the warehouse, where he met XANA. XANA clearly saw potential in the boy and Isaac couldn't refuse the alure of power...
Lyoko Appearance: Isaac Lyoko
Weapons: Two guns and one energy blade.
Powers: Isaac's abilties are forms of hacking. By manipulating the code of Lyoko itself, he can control gravity and open portals to anywhere in lyoko. His second ability is being able to materialize in the real world at will. To acheive thse powers, however, he must forgo the ability to activate towers or command monsters.
Land transport: Isaac usually uses portals, or simply uses gravity to his advantage.
Marine transport: Isaac's marine transport better resembles a fighter jet. Built for fleet superiority, the MC-infinity "Jetstar" is equipt with three engines with low profile intakes, two forward swept, high-surface area wings, four launch tubes, and an a**-load of heavy ordinace. The craft was designed for quick maneuverability in the water, or the air.
Other: Isaac, is fu**ing crazy in battle. He. Will. Do. Anything. To. KILL. YOU.
