I want some idea here. Are there any types of subforums that you would like to see, and are there any subforums that you concider... well not needed?
This is a chance to make a change here. wink

I got a few ideas:
First off instead of having four different forums (spam, poll, general chat, advertisement) for general discussion why not just combine them into one giant sub-forum. That will get rid of the need for three forums who are essentially wasting space.
Second combine the "all metallica" forum with the newsletters forum since, both are about the band. Just Sticky all the newsletters so they don't get lost. This again will free up one forum taking up unnecessary space.
Third eliminate the "Some kind of chat" forum indefinitely since we can just use the main forum for all Metallica chat.
Also decide if we really need a forum exclusively for the crew since the forum is considerably dead since 2007.

Spam/Poll/Advertisment can indeed be put into one subforum. For people are there for the big overall reason of spam anyway. razz
Will see what should be done about the Some Kind Of Chat sub forum. Probably removed and as you said, the main forum is used for that anyway.
Crew forum will stay for whenver that will be needed. Hopefully one day wink
