~Genral~

Land Of Ikutsakaz is our country from where we Ikutsakaz come from. It is divided into 10 parts which consist of divisions supervised and maintained by Captains 1-10. Basically the ten parts act as states which belong to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th, captains. And within those 10 states are groups of people from the captain's selected villages, and elements. (This is tricky and hard to explain so I will make a small chart for you guys to see. Maybe that will help explain what I'm talking about. sweatdrop ) And each state has their rules/orders from their elected captain. The only one that can over rule these rules, laws, or orders is Leader Sama Peina herself for she is like a president/Ruler over the entire country. 3nodding

~States~

(I know this is a lot to read but bare with me here for a few more minutes. sweatdrop )Members are given their state or otherwise known as Commander based on their application (aka Character sheet located here: Application/Character Sheets) they submitted to Leader sama, and from there she chooses who she believes best fits you. After that you are given your commander, living place, state, and then you're allowed to set up camp/ your new life.

~Rulings~

This is determined by your rank, position, commander, and your status within the organization. The longer you've been with us, the higher position you hold. The newer you are the less you hold.

+Ranks:

-Leader
Ikutsakaz leader Peina takes this position by votes, shown worthy of this position. This position is held until she dies or gives it up to another.

-2nd Command
This position is won by votes which occur every year or until the person either dies, gives it up, or leader sama decides otherwise. It is also the one the most important roles anyone could get. This is because you are Leader sama's ear, partner, helper, and the one that leads Ikutsaka when she's not around to or are busy with other business.

-Vice
This is Page's spot (Leader sama's sister). Basically she is in control of what ever Leader sama tells her to be. This can range from taking over her position temporally, to commanding the bases, to front line work.

-Captain
This is chosen and determined by Leader sama. But you can also be voted in as captain or voted out depending on your behavior, complaints, requests, and over all Leader sama's out look on you. 3nodding This is also the highest rank beside Vic, and 2nd command.

- Student
This is a position held by people who are going to schooling of any sort under Ikutsaka. Your schooling determines your rank, and your student position as well. For example if you are an Ikutsaka elementary student your position is the grad your in, and your rank is child. Middle School/Jr High students are positioned as upper grade schoolers, ranking as beginners. High school student depending on your grade as well as the rest, hold the position of teenagers, ranking also depends on grades, as semi experienced, or educated. College bound and beyond are positions of experienced.

-Member
This varies, for anyone can, and is a member. 3nodding But this covers the teachers, workers, trainers, artists, police, government, and such. The job, or position you choose in this section will determine you rank. And the difference from the rest of the ranks is this the one rank that is very flexible. You can be joining or leaving, already a member, or former member that has been dropped. Also this counts for anyone linked to Ikutsaka or under our organization as apprentices or for protection and such.

Ikutsakaz main base is located in The City Of Ikutsaka this ruled over by Leader Sama Peina, and her sister Page rain tall over the city as our protectors and leaders. The over person in charge as we all know by now is Leader Sama Peina. This city is heavily guarded and shielded. Only if your are Ikutsakaz or born there can you enter. This base acts as a safety realm for anybody under the protection of Ikutsaka and our members. This is also where all the Ikutsaka Captains meet every week.

~The City~

Ikutsakaz's city is a 500 year old based life style. Currently the city is ran like any other modern day city. But be careful for this city has it's own twists and secrets that are sometimes best left unknown. The only one who knows of these secrets by inheriting them is Leader sama herself. She's the one who determines the over all happenings, and manages what goes down in Land Of the Ikutsakaz. The city belongs to Leader sama for that her supposed dwelling area. She's the ruler over this grand city. "Ikutsakaz City" was created by leader sama, and thus ran by her.

The city is cover in dark shadows, and gray clouds, with high lights of sun every now and then. The weather is ever changing and unpredictable as well. But for every season there is the matched weather to go along side with it. Here lives a few thousand Ikutsakaz, and this is where all new comers must be brought or go, this is the only way they can find Ikutsakaz with out one us leading them. This also where people come to be come citizens of Ikutsaka. They can also apply for positions here.

Also, this is the only direct way to talk to leader sama in person. And this is the only way that outsiders or none Ikutsakians can come to see her or talk to her. Not to mention that no one that isn't an Ikutsaka can find the place but through here. When you come to the "Land Of Ikutsaka" the city is the first thing you catch a quick glimps of before it disappears in the shadows, thus causing many to either think it was nothing or explore the boundaries to find out what it was that they saw. That's when they end up finding either leader sama herself or an elected personel to greet them, and see what's up.

~Ten Section~
Base 1: Land Of Ikutsakaz is divided into ten section. One for every main captain and ten other broken islands belonging to the minor captains. And each division counts as a state or village. These divisions are based off elements and skill/power of the captain and members. The members choose who they want to serve under and the captains watch, train, and make sure their division is taken cared of.

++1st Division: Talim Uzamaki (1st Captain)
She has the second largest section beside leader sama's. This is because she is the first captain (not including leader sama), and the one that has been a captain the longest out of all of us. Not mention she's got a crap load of things on her shoulder, just look if you don't believe me. 3nodding

Protects: Leaf Village (Konaha), Onigakure (Demon Village), Hogogakure (Guardian Village ), Bases 1 & 2 and her division.
Position: Hogokage (Kage/Leader of the Guardian Village), Onikage assistant, Anbu captain of Onigakure, Hogosha's apprentice 2nd Commander of Ikutsakaz Base 2, and Ikutsakaz prime messenger.
Status: Currently managing family, division, Ikutsakaz, and outer and inner activities within Ikutsaka.
Division: All fire elemental (people who use fire as their main attacking base), All Demons are under her divisions, Sealers, guardians, and beginners are with Talim.

++2nd Division: Deianna (Dei)
Dei is the 2nd oldest captain to join Ikutsakaz captains, and she was the youngest for the longest time until Sabure came along. Thus began their rivalry, heehee. She Ikutsakaz most lovable, friendliest, and welcoming captain. But watch out she bites, in btoh playful and serious ways.

Protects: Tsuchigakure (Rock Village), Star Village, and her division, Base 1 & 2 .
Position: Anbu, Bomber, Ikutsakaz Captain Artist, Trainees over seer, spy, Ikutsakaz traveling tracker.
Status: Keeping her twin brother Deidara alive, staying out of trouble, blowing s**t up, tracking, musician for fun, Artist for fun/Bomber artist for work, and as of now became tourist host for helping people find leader sama or visit Ikutsakaz.
Division: Earth, Galatical/Light based elements or attackers are under her, as well as Bomber artists, terrorist, and musicians for fun.

++Tiera/Bubblez:
Is a Jshinist and drunkard sharing the same body.lol jkjkjk Well except for the slip personality thing. Let me explain this Tiera (me) is Hidan's little sister enough said there huh? And Bubblez is the drunk side of me created to cover my existences from Hidan since he doesn't know that Bubblez is me when I'm drunk. (This comes with a long story that I shall have for guys in comic stripes and scripts. 3nodding ) Tiera is probably one of loudest bad a** captains you'll find, and Bubblez is the sweetest, innocent side of Tiera that you could meet out of the captains, that'll show how to have a good time anytime, and stay happy no matter what happens. And when you have Teira/Bubblez it can get ratha tricky with mood changes, but needless to say they are the fearless protective ones that'll go with or against orders depending on the situation.

Protects: Hot Spring Village, and Sound Village, Bases 1 & 2and her division.
Position: Spy, trader, Bounty hunter, Musical/Arts teacher, Religious over seer, Perfect Meat shield, distraction!
Status: Currently spying on the Sound Villagers activities, and enimy lines, helping out with musical lessons at Ikutsakaz Academy, Teaching and learning art, designing, teching, etc.
Division: Sound, Speed, Religious people, Artists, Serious Musicians, Spring based people, Real life: Salon people, cosmologists, and normal working people are also under her.

++4th Division: Misuto (Aiotsuki)
He is the first male captain to be elected and brought into the picture. Misuto was chosen to be the fifth captain (and one of longest people to have joined/been with Ikutsaka) not only for his skills as a Bijju (a type of spirit other wise known as a demon) host to a Bijuu named Aiotsuki, but also because he is the long distant cousin of a guardian host: Katori no Suna. His past, and strong relationship with Katori and her Sand siblings have spark the interest of Ikutsaka. And as his story unravels you find out why he's our fifth captain!

Protects: Mist Village, Water Fall Village, Land of Water, Sand Village, and his Division.
Position: Anbu, Swords master, gunner, spy, fighter, soul fighter, hunter, assassin, and worker.
Status: Lives under the care of Katori No Suna, and works for Ikutsaka uncover missions.
Division:Any all types of Water based elements, swordsmen, gunner, assassins, or soul fighter are under him.

++5th Division: Sabure (Exphian)
Sabure was found due his Bijuu Exphian. Sabure has no recollection of his actives with Ikutsaka in the past due the fact that Sabure had no control over his body for longest time up until leader sama had finally decide she found use for him. She had Exphian due battles with us, and when she obtained Sabure's consciousness back, she had the Sabure we know now do people work. He was then placed under the care of Katori No Suna, due to the fact that she has the guardian Itsu (guardian of peace) in her and had a talent for keeping Bijuus under control. This fifth captain has quite a history and story, you might find it interesting how he begins his so to say "life" all over again.

Protects: Shadow Village, Sand Village, and his division.
Position: Anu, first year captain, fighter (hand-to-hand combat type), Soul reaper, minpulationist, and worker.
Status: Lives as the adopted brother of Katori No Suna, and currently works as Ikutsaka battling captain in training. Trying to control his Bijuu, and get stronger as a human.
Division: Shadows/dark elements, Spiritual energy/power, Sand based users, and fighter (hand-to-hand) are all under him.

++6th Division: Roxas U.
Not much is known about this 6th captain. He has a very mysterious past and fell into Ikutsaka hands due to his blood trait and his unfortunate childhood events. He lost his entire family due to war, and was cut off his clan due to his mother moving far a way from war only to fall ill shortly afterwords and left him alone. Leader sama found this abandoned child took to her 'village' Tenshigakure (Shadow Village), to be raised by the Kage. When Roxas finally proved to be of good quality he was found by Talim carrying the news of his captain election. Roxas story has quite a twist in it as time goes on for him and his new partnership with the infamous Talim Uzuamki!

Protects: Shadow Village, Sun Village, Bases 1 & 2, and his division.
Position: Anbu, spy, messanger, aid, Talim's partner, mapper, copy-cat.
Status: Traveling around the ninja world helping Talim, aiding people. Specializes in locksmithing, and copying things.
Division: Minipulation tatics, fire elements, shadows, light elements, and basic skilled people go under him.

++7th Division: Rocha (Bty, Almond is Rocha's first name.)
Very little is known about Rocha to most of captains, all but leader sama really knows much of anything about her. Is by far the most mysterious captain of all. She's one of our oldest Major captains and her purpose so far seems to be task managing, spying, relaying messages. Rocha is like Leader sama's second hand girl. This is because any news withing the captains that we captains must know is relayed by her. She also the assistant to the second Commander Jame Uzumaki, and the Vic's messenger. Though most don't know this but it seems that Rocha does a lot more work then we see her doing. This under cover 7th captain must have a story to tell us, and we hope she'll give it to us!

Protects: Grass Village, and her division.
Position: Spy, task manager, messanger, and unknown.
Status: Unknown.
Division: Nature based elements, magical powers, and unknown powers/abilities, go under this captain.

++8th Division: Commander James Uzumaki
Yes, yet another Uzumaki. James is our elected commander for both bases and assistant of Talim. He is also leader sama's partner. Basically you could call him Ikutsakaz right hand man. 3nodding He came into our organization with a very unknown past, but proved himself deemed worthy right off the bat. He was the first and only captain thus far to make straight to commander position due his actions, and activities within the org. after he joined. Not much can be said about James other then he's Talim Uzumaki's cousin that has practically become her adopted older brother. And he is the direct link to leader sama. Where James is there is usually only one other person with him, Talim or Leader sama. There's quite an exciting story behind this 8th captain's history and present state that we've been talking about, and hopefully you guys will get to enjoy reading his side of the story as well! ^__^

Protects: Ikutsaka bases, and leader sama, and his division!
Position: Commander, assistant, and anything given to him.
Status: Helping out Talim at her base, keeping leader sama sane (very important, and difficult task), and managing his position very well!!
Division: Fusions, engery elements, and specialy traits go under him.

++9th Division: Meikie
This priest has quite an interesting past that get told to us when first joins Ikutsaka captain ship. Meikie is by far one of the most known captains, yet so mysterious. He's also by far the most serious out of all the captains including leader sama. Meikie is Ikutsaka main head doctor, head Priest, and has a hug secret that very few of us know. He is teamed up with the least likely partner parings ever; Deianna and Tiera/Bubblez! This 9th captain has quite a story to him only because of his partners in whom changed his life completely!

Protects: Mist, and Cloud Villages, Monk Mountain, and his section.
Position: Ikutsakaz Main Doctor, Medic nin, and High Priest of the Land Of Ikutsakaz, Monk, and religious follower as well.
Status: Currently partnering up with Dei, and Tiera to help fallen country that have lost in wars, and up holding the Monk Mountains religious prospects to their culture.
Division: Healing abilities, Religions/Believes, Mist, and Cloud elements.

++10th Division: Minor Captains
Minor captains have been selected as 10th division due their unique land sections. They inhabit islands that surround Ikutsaka land and have been claimed by Ikutsaka age ago. Each island dosn't have the usual element division like the major captains have on the main land of Ikutsaka. But instead each of them have the different types of none listed fighters. Hopeful as time goes on we get to hear their interesting stories as well.

Mariwara:
Protects: Sound village and her division, and base 2.
Position: Aid to the major captains Tiera/BUbblez, and Deianna.
Status: Currently trying to erase the fact that she was ever Orochimaru's daughter, and unknown where abouts.
Division: Shape shifting, and mixed elements go under her.

Sheena:
Protects: Her division, and base 2.
Position: Arts & Craft department under Tiera, & Deianna.
Status: Unknown
Division: Cultural arts, writers, and normal people go under her.

Karn:
Protects: His island (yes, he has his own island cuz he's that pown some!), and base 2.
Position: Assistant vice, sea commander, and war manager.
Status: Currently has been bar far the most active captain, and hardest working captains as well!!
Division: Magical, and mystical based things go under hims, as well as any unlisted elements, or subjects.

Base 2 is basically where the action happens. This is the place where the first official all out Ikutsaka battle happens with Pein vs 5 captains & Page Sama; in the fan-fic Naruto ones, and the first battle of the O.S. (Original Story) happens. This is also where our first commander was elected, and all the captains were also elected and chosen here. Base 2 is where everyone that isn't a captain or higher members have to start. These are what would be called the training grounds, or other wise referred to as the beginning of every Ikutsaka.

When coming to base 2 this is the only way to apply/join or find any form of the Ikutsaka org. Heh, I should warn this is also where alot of enemies and psychos come here. As base 2's commander Talim says, "Why do we always get stuck with the psycho-paths?-_-0" But before you second guess yourself let be known that this base also hold all the minor captain elections which there are 7 positions left for anyone interested in joining!

Also in the O.S. this base has become the face of Ikutsaka. The major captains were all elected here as well as the leader, vice, and commander. The construction of the cities and lands in base were also created and formed at this base. And this is where you hear about how the organization got started/created, and about the ever so mysterious Skully is briefly brought up by 2nd Commander Talim for the first time to the half of the organization and that has been sheltered by the rest of the older organization.

In the Naruto Fan Fic base 2 is where Madara/Tobi Uchiha is introduced to us thanks to his connection with our 2nd base commander Talim. ALso this is where once again Skully is mentioned due to her connection to the Rin'nigan Sage Rikkodu sannin. This is also where the explanation behind the battle with Pein comes about. Also, this is where we go into some depth of Madara Uchiha, and his clan. Base 2 within the fan fics is also where the explanation of villages, ranking, ruling, and other verious important information needed is found.
