Oh, I will definitely be using this at some point in the future retail work hath begun!!! srsly.the only thing that gets me through my day is thinking of my girlfriend. I agree with something that Yama mentioned again to me on the phone during my break. Everyone should be forced to work at the customer service desk for 1 year in their life. 35 hours a week. People are mean now a days! Everyone is so cranky about the economy!

There was this guy who came in to pick up a sheet set. He had called on a Monday while I was working and left his name. He said he was coming in from L Town (which is a far away town.) I put a little note on his bag that he had left explaining to people that he would be in to pick it up later that week so don't put it back on the sales floor sort of thing... When he came in that Saturday I remembered that it was him on the phone just because he had sounded like a nice person on the phone. A real down-to-earth guy. When I gave him the bag, he said I had an amazing memory. ^^ Which made me smile because it's definitely not true.... but anyhow... I wanted to talk to him because he made me laugh and I was making him laugh but he ended up walking away like 3 seconds later because a short old woman with pointy glasses came over and pushed him to the side with her annoyingly huge purse.
Sad... But there is hope. biggrin I'm so glad that you're nice to us. Really, we try hard. At least I do. DX
