Kouji fiddled with the ring on his finger. He had to figure out something for Rae in return, but for the time being nothing sounded good enough to him. He had miss Raelyn so much while she had been gone, and he'd begun to think that she wasn't going to come back. But this time she had promised that if she were going to leave again he was going with her.
This was going to be hard. But he couldn't spend all day pondering to himself what to get her, mumbling to himself he stood up and stretched...he'd figure something out sooner or later.
He scooted back inside the basement to get Rae and take her out to the marketplace to get some lunch. He knew the fish stall had just been restocked and there would be plenty of fish for the grabbing.
"Raee.." he called out smiling.

Raelyn sat in a more secluded part of the basement with eyes closed and headphones in. Since she had barely spent any time at the mansion since she claimed it as her home, she didn't know anyone but Kouji, so when he wasn't around, whe was alone. That's not necessarally a bad thing, and to be honest, she wouldn't trade Kouji for anything or anyone, but she did sorta wish that she knew more of the local cats.
Either way, her morning ritual was a solitary one, and she spent it meditating and listening to trance music. However, one voice was able to break through the music, and as she heard it she automatically smiled and looked up to see him. As she waved to him across the room, she shouted, "Morning! How is your day so far?"

Kouji grinned settling himself down next to her. "Pretty good so far, no sight of Spinner so I think I'm off the hook for being dragged into something today." he said. It was nice to have a break from Spinner, he was getting tired of doing her work for her.
"I was thinking, would you like to go out to the Plaza today? Some of the stalls are restocking and that means plenty to sneak off with." This was such a fun thing, with so many people trying to get the merchandise into the stalls they normally didn't miss a fish a or two that would mysteriously disappear. "Besides, you need to get out of the basement and wander a bit around here, it's good for you." he said nudging her a little and kissing her cheek.

Raelyn got a little light headed when Kouji kissed her cheek, and she gave him a relaxed smile. "Yeah... I guess I DO need to get some frsh air. And a fresh fish wouldn't be too bad either!" She jumped up, and dusted herself off. "You have to stay close though... you know how I like to get lost." She offered her hand to Kouji to help him up.

Laughed taking her hand and hoisting himself up. "Yeah, you do seem to wander off a little to easily for your own good." he said wrapping an arm around her. Leading her to the window out of the basement he let get and leaped up. "If we get there early enough we'll have the pick of any fish we like." he sighed, in awe of the idea of the choice of so many fish. He was a personal fan of Tuna, but that wasn't going to come in a whole fish, but rather small fillets.

Raelyn quickly left the Mansion, and waited eagerly for Kouji to catch up. Whenever she is excited, or very happy, she gets hyperactive and jumpy. Of course she was excited about the upcoming day at the market, however nothing could contain her joy about where her relationship with Kouji has been going. Everything just seems to be perfect. She looked arount the area surrounding the Mansion, still unfamiliar to her, and tried to guess which direction the Market might be.
