He takes charge,
he doesn't let me push him around
but he doesn't suffocate me
and he isn't depressed
And he gets into the military thing,
and he gets it,
and doesn't mind it that I'm an officer
He doesn't treat me like I'm made of glass,
he doesn't completely just abuse me either
He lets me roughhouse with him, but there's a limit,
I can talk to him and it's not awkward
And then he's definitely into God
He definitely makes me a better Christian
He is a Christian
He's the strong silent type,
and he's the take charge type
He's funny, he's got a great sense of humor
I could definitely lean on him
He drives, so he wouldn't be forcing me to act like the guy and drive him around.
He's helpful, thoughtful, and definitely be fun to hang around.
He respects me, and we have similar values.
Finally... A guy I can connect with.
Edit:
He broke up with his girlfriend... I don't know what I should do....

sad That sucks so much. I'm sorry, sweetheart-- though I don't really have any advice either, I'm really not the one to come to when it comes to that kind of stuff. I shall give you hugs, though~ *hugggs*

I think I could get over him, if everyone told me that I had no chance with him. Except... everyone tells me I DO have a chance, and that gets me hopeful, and hopefulness doesn't kill the crush.

Ohh... I wish I could just fall head over heels over anyone and ACTUALLY care enough to like try to get them... MY problem is I'm REALLY good at getting people, but I'm TERRIBLE while IN the relationship. xd
I just get over people by remembering "at one point in my life, I was ACTUALLY fine without them". That should be enough, cuz little by little you'll realize that you have to move on with your life or you'll just be stuck at the same corner... TRYING to turn, but not able to.

Mehhhhhhhhhh. razz Well, I'm guessing you survived before you met this person. Meaning, you can still survive, AFTER this person. You weren't born sharing any vital body parts, so you won't die without them.

You weren't born sharing any vital body parts, so you won't die without them. Well, yes. Surviving is different than being fine. I'm definitely in survival mode right now, ha ha.

Agh! It's getting worse, because he's been really nice to me lately and we've been having some conversations on facebook and he's kind of been flirting with me, and he always takes the time to come over and say hello whenever he sees me.
It doesn't help that he's freaking gorgeous either. He's been looking better every day... ARG!
