At the opposite side of the forest to the demons and vampires is a small patch of yellow leaved trees. These trees have yellow leaves all year round, dyed this colour by the continuous sunshine. The sun always shines on this part of Greenkay, with the sunlight making the very air seem yellow and bright, though never making it too stifling and hot. The sunshine creates a pleasent atmosphere and it means that many flowers and trees have grown to a good size, although there is a distinct lack of rain.
There are many animals that find a place to live in the tall trees and in the soft grass. As the cats who come to this part of the forest prefer to live peacefully with their surroundings and take good care of the nature around them. The sound of cicadas can be heard in the day and birdsong creates a sweet lullaby when the sun finally does go down.
The angel cats find this continuous sun a haven to bask in the light and let their large wings warm in the comfortable heat.
