Physical Description:
One of the first things you'll notice about Feiy is her height. She is a very tall woman. Standing at six feet, 2 inches tall; she towers about everyone she stands next to. Feiy has a very dominating, yet seductive look to her. Her buxom frame with her large breasts, small waist and large hips are further accented with tanned skin. Under closer inspection, Feiy is actually pretty built for a woman, however, she is still able to maintain her womanly frame without sacrificing muscle and tone.

Normally she keep her hair short, but as of late she decided to let it grow out, reaching below her knees. She keeps it in a tight single braid, splitting her bangs into two long strands hanging from the side of her face. She has very deep amethyst colored eyes, unique to her family bloodline. She was also blind in her right eye-- this is because of overusing one of her more taxing techniques. She has the power to fix her blindness, and has refused to do so until recently. She also has quite a few piercings. Four piercing on each ear, one on each eyebrow and two "snakebites" on her bottom lip. She also is pretty heavily covered in vibrant tattoos. These cover both of her arms, her back and sides and lastly her thighs. She also gives off a distinct scent of flowers, mostly the scent of lavender. This tends to make people relax around her, even if they fear her.

Zanpacto:
Due to the level of her Vaizard powers, she has gained a second zanpakutou that is similar in nature to the arrancar equivalent.

Shinigami Zanpautou- "Azuhi the Nightingale"
The zanpakutou is a standard katana style blade. It does not have a hand guard and when sheathed has the look of an ornate plank of wood. The sheath and hilt are lacquered black though and though has a smooth finish is able to be gripped tightly without slipping. It has a small tassel at the end of the hilt with a small piece of jewelry that is believed to be her mothers.

-Attacks-
*Feiy has managed to be able to use a few attacks without releasing her zanpakutou. All of these attacks can be used in any of her states. (Rudra-Beast not included except for Rengeki)

Eternal Gale- Compressed mixed with reiatsu. It speed and power is equivalent to that of a gale-force wind. It’s her favorite and only long-range standard attack. This technique can be done without the use of her zanpakuto, mainly being fired from her hand. She can fire from her feet as well, but it’s more accurate with the hand.

Rengeki- One of her most valuable techniques. This technique would be considered as the polar opposite of healing. This technique and highly advanced and is difficult to master. The technique is used when in physical contact with the target will draw the reiatsu directly from them. Then the user’s body filters the reiatsu into two forms, the actual spirit energy and the element (if the target has one). If consistently used, eventually the user will be able to store the unused reiatsu for later use. This does has a major drawback as since the user is altering their own spiritual composition, it places an extreme strain on the body.
In Feiy’s case, she is in the process of losing her eyesight; this is irreversible as the strain begins from the first use.

Suspiro De Dios- "Sigh of God", This technique can be done in any state as it doesn't require the zanpakuto. Requiring immense concentration and reiatsu control, Feiy commands the ultimate form of pressure - gravity. Able to bend the force of gravity at will as long as she maintains a constant series of "forms" (positions that help her better control the technique). Her bending of gravity can also mess with the temperature of the surrounding field. If she decreases gravity to an extreme, the surrounding field will become extremely and vice versa being the gravity kicked up to an extreme, it will become much hotter.

"La Cuchilla"- "The Cleaver

The initial release of Feiy's zanpakutou. The weapon is extremely dense and is clearly noticeable as Feiy normally lets it all to the ground after releasing it. The weapon is almost as large as she is and is thicker than most weapons, this permits her to double this weapon as a shield if need be. The weapons power is wind and pressure manipulation.
-Attacks-
Wound of the Wind- A technique that compresses her reiatsu and air around her right hand and forearm, creating a "shield" that can protect against most physical attacks. Its more suited for reiatsu based techniques. The shield can also be fired as a projectile.

Gale Tachikaze- Through the use of reiatsu and the wind, the weapon is spun at unnatural speeds, acting as if it was a drill. The weapon can be controlled with physically touching it.

"Cazador Del Corazon" - "Heart Hunter"
The first part of her final release of this zanpakutou is a intricately shaped rapier. Her manipulation of the air and pressure is almost perfected in this mode and assists her in her techniques. It isn't until a special phrase is spoken that her bankai changes into her true form.

-Attacks-
Corona Fang- This was her strongest technique until she discovered her Cardinal Eight. This attack utilizes the abilities of her rapier, Cazador de Corazon (Heart Hunter). It absorbs the air around her and nullifies the effects of air resistance (drag) on her and her weapon. This helps achieve speeds normally unattainable unless an excessive amount of reiatsu, but since drag is reduced to near non-existence, she reserves her reiatsu in turn. Due to the dramatically increased speed, sound is slightly lagged and keeps her location well hidden since she is constantly moving. One who is highly perceptive won't have as much difficulty as the average opponent as they can use the sound to make predictions as the lag isn't that big of a margin. When she is ready to attack, she usually appears extremely close to her opponent in mid-thrust, ensuring a successful attack.

Cardinal Winds: Eight Degrees of Gales- The alters the form of Cazador de Corazon., separating the blade part of the weapon into eight equal shards. This works in conjunction with the rengeki technique as it enables the users to use other elements that they are not aligned with. Each “degree” utilizes an element for a specialized attack. The number of attacks have been counted up to eight (Feiy is currently developing yet another set of unique attacks using the cardinal eight, called “Second Stage”)

-Attacks (Cardinal Eight)-
Eight Degrees

1st Degree: Rudra – The shards gather around her body (one around each of her ankles, one floating on both sides of her head, two floating on her left wrist, one on her right wrist, and the last one on her back) Her control of the air is already unnatural to begin, but it only permits control for a current attack. The attack must be launched at that moment or it’ll lose its strength. The 1st degree enables her further control as she can “store” her attacks. For example firing an eternal gale, it’ll eventually dissipate away, using rudra; it will maintain its power and can even become stationary as a sort of trap. This is by far, her strongest degree because it’s her original element.

Second Stage: Tempest- Four of the shards revolve over her head like a halo while the remaining of her shards rest at the sides of her wrists. This is more of an advanced version of her "Suspiro de Dios" technique. She still needs to maintain a graceful movement, but the breathing method is no longer needed unless to strengthen the technique. Unfortunately, she is so far only able to handle this technique for a short amount of time (two posts) as it drains her reiatsu quickly because of its power.

2nd Degree: Fangs of Nidhogg- This utilizes the Earth element. This enables her to open chasms in the ground, using it as protection from an overhead attack or to travel under the ground to get closer to the target. The shards align themselves along her back, hanging off towards the tailbone.

Second Stage: Geohound- The shards move themselves to her left arm, aligning themselves in a similar way to the F.o.N. The second stage enables her to draw out any minerals or crystals that she wishes form the ground. She usually uses this move as a support-technique since it takes a bit of time for her to support herself with this move.

3rd Degree: Mjolnir Calamity- She raises her left hand into the air, the shards stacking themselves on top of one another from her hand up. The shards act as the catalyst (the reason why is unknown) causing a reaction in the air that created storm clouds. A light drizzle comes the clouds for a moment, until a grand thunderbolt shocks Feiy. It is at this time, she directs the bolt, using herself redirect the current to the target.

Second Stage- Kick start my heart- The shards move away from her hand and revolve around her hands. Two of shards go over her heart. If used after M.C., she uses the electricity she gathered to boost her reaction time to even higher levels. She can launch the shards that are revolving around her hands. (Think of it as yo-yos, but with an “electric” wire or string.)

4th Degree: Wyrm Revolver- This is one of her most used C.8 attacks. Six of the shards revolve around her wrist as the remaining two revolve in front of her hand, pretending as if it was a magnum. The shards grow increasingly hotter as it reacts with the air, vibrating to create friction. When fired, the shard catches on fire with an intense heat. It can ricochet off of objects if the user wills it to do so. This is easier if the “bullet” ricochets off another shard.

Second Stage- Agni Drive- Instead of firing the shards, they mimic the actions of that of a piston, firing small bursts of flame. This is a close-range attack, which if it made contact, would incorporate the piston-action in sync with a drill-like rotation. This would almost be like a circular in certain perspectives.


5th Degree: Ragnarok- The water element. This is used in conjunction with the 6th degree. Two shards begin to rotate at high speeds, causing a minute chemical reaction to create water. The attack is launched and when it makes contact, it makes a fission reaction to separate the water into its two original components. This reaction is amplified several fold creating a large scale explosion.

Second stage:Hydra- The shards rest evenly along the sides of both arms. The techniques provides two abilities concerning water: 1) Collects water around her person and, 2) fires the wires into a highly-condensed beam. If this beam is countered, then it separates itself in half and continues after the opponent, constantly splitting itself until it overwhelms the opponent.

6th Degree- Gungnir- The Ice Element. Used in conjunction with the 5th degree. One shards acts as the "edge" as the others are used for aiming and positioning.
This attack does not miss its target as the name suggests, but its attack power is incredibly weak. This is why its used with Ragnarok, using the combination to even out both degree's weaknesses.

A method of evasion is to simply block Gungnir and using a repeated shunpo to avoid the blast.

Second Stage- Feral Fefnir- Three shards rest above both hands while the remaining two rest next to both ears. She becomes more of physical fighter here as she tries to physically touch the opponent. If contact is made, the targeted area becomes instantly frozen as if doused in nitrogen. This is pretty useless if the opponent can use some type of fire (whether its a kidou or a zanpakuto ability)

7th Degree- Barrier of the Holy Divine- The Light Element. The shards revolve in front of her left arm, dimly lit with a soft white glow, as it hums a soft chime. A barrier of purity (the theory of pathos, this relates to Dark as well). This has been known to block even ceros, but it is unknown if it blacks physical attacks. The barrier itself is somewhat small if wanting to be fully protected must contort ones self to fit within the area.

Second Stage- Martyr's Devoting Touch- The second stage of this fashions "wings" to Feiy's back. These are simply an extravagant display of the shards using light. The use of this ability requires the targets blood be dripped upon the shards BEFORE the incantation is spoken. Once these requirements are met, Feiy is able to heal most wounds almost instantaneously, as long as she can physically touch the wound. The main drawback is this technique cannot be used on herself.

8th Degree- Blind Sombre- The Dark Element. The cardinal shards began to separate, two of the shards revolving on the sides of Feiy's face. To her eyes, her body was moving normally, though the world seemed to move slow to almost a dead stop. This amasses all of the ill intent of both targets as Feiy bends it as she wills it. This lightly messes with the emotions of both targets as it could make either target grow strong with rage, or become as depressed as a person on the brink of suicide. This isn't used often. (I changed it since the original idea seemed a bit unfair)

Second Stage- UNKNOWN

Vizard/Arrancar Zanpakutou: "Súcubo" - "Succubus"
This zanpakutou is the result of Feiy's powerful hollow energy manifesting itself from a traditional vizard mask to a zanpakutou. It resembles an intricate dagger. The sheath is simple and lacquered like her other zanpakutou but differs from it by the purple and white swirls etched into it. The weapons power is set in three stages.

Standard- Nothing is done to the weapon. Merely touching it gives her access to her basic hollow abilities.

-Escopeta (her unique cero. It power can relate to the shotgun as it attacks a wide area but causes more damage the closer you are to the origin of the cero.)

Release- "Jezebel"
'Indulge in the ecstasy, Jezebel.' ~Release phrase
This is a physical manifestation of her hollow, Jezebel. Feiy's hair tuns a deep crimson color, and her iris' become more like slits similar to reptiles. She resembles that of a succubus, yet also gains some armor.

Its degree of control with air and pressure FAR EXCEEDS that of feiy's normal bankai.

-Attacks-
Rudra Tyrfing- Assuming an Iai stance, it involves the unsheathing, a single slash, and sheathing her zanpakuto at an almost instantaneous rate. The main issue of the technique is that for it to be used at full force she needed to revert the zanpakuto's form from bankai to sealed using the expelled energy as a means to make the technique stronger. This sadly left her wide open for attacks to the point where she never used it again until now.

Only using the technique when she is in her release, she is able to exert her "hollow" power as a substitute for the energy needed to make the attack strong. She only uses this move as a means to defend herself from multiple targets at once.

Eternal Gale Burst- A modification to the classic Eternal Gale. She must make contact with the target. As she touches the torso of the target, her reiatsu is "injected" into the target as she collects more of her energy and the wind, compressing it tightly within her hands. The injected reiatsu gauges how much pressure is needed to be expelled to deal a decent hit. This only takes a tenth of a second to read as she'll opened her hands, moving them in a circle over the torso. The injected reiatsu speeds out of the targets body, not damaging them. This "beacon" is used for Feiy to determine the distance and strength of the attack a second time. A few seconds later the actual attack erupts from her hand. A hurricane force wind shot from the hand directly to the body at blank range.

Grand Gale- An immensely overpowered version of the Eternal Gale. The attack area of this technique is small but the damage is incredible. Acts like a miniature "Suspiro De Dios", takes more energy than it since its focused in a single area. Uses both hands to fire this one off. Depending on the location of Feiy, this attack may have different properties. Above target- target is forced straight down. HARD. Below target- target is forced down by gravity but kept up by the pressure of the gale. The opposing forces act upon each other crushing whatever is between the two.

Dividir los Cielos El lamento del Rudra!- "Split the Heavens, Rudra's Lament!"
Her strongest released technique. A combination of both "Eternal Gale Burst" and "Eternal Gale Thrust" and the "Grand Gale". Feiy rushes upon the target quickly using the E.G.B. to set up
this combo. She then uppercuts a E.G.T. to send the target into the air, finishing them off with a Grand Gale.

Rudra- The true form of Jezebel. There are to versions to this form. The weaker, more human form of Rudra is what Feiy assumes in battle. This form is a lot easier to maintain control, compared to the Beast. Feiy tends to refer to herself as a "Dragon Empress in this form as she loses the succubus theme for a more matured, yet still seductive looking "dragon theme" as her armor and such resemble scales and claws. Her defense increases heavily as it becomes very difficult to deal a good hit even if you gain a successful hit on her.

**Receives the ability of regeneration (not high-speed, but she no longer have to physically concentrate on a wound for it to heal as long as its not a major wound.

The beast form is highly unstable as its borderline to letting Jezebel take complete control over Feiy mentally and physically. This form has only been seen three times (once during her first experiences a vizard, again when she regained her S class powers and the last when she was training with her sister) and luckily Feiy was able to gain control for anyone suffered the consequences of death. The Beast Rudra is still capable of speech and is a living tank, almost impossible to deal any serious damage to it due to its really dense hierro and reiatsu.
*Beast Rudra's main focus is defense, prolonging the fight long enough to make the opponent tire and deal the finishing blow from there.
*Extremely fast due to its abilities of air and pressure manipulation.
Will eventually get to making a beast rudra, this will be its sub until then

Special Accessories:
-Owns a large variety of eye patches. Rarely wears them now since she fixed her eye.

Abilities:
-Pressure (bad name I know): Similar to Jan's static counterpart, she instead uses fluctuation in air pressure to sense movements around her. Area of Effect is about 10-15 ft.

-Rengeki/Souan Rengeki: A complicated technique that she developed herself. Amplifying her reiatsu to mimic her opponents in almost in an instant. When hit directly by a reiatsu-based attack, her body absorbs the reiatsu and uses it as her own. If the attack had elemental properties, it is absorbed as well and is "stored" within herself. The drawback to this technique is that she must let herself get hit by the attack in order to absorb it.

The Souan equivalent lets the technique carry over to her weapon as well, and the absorbed energy still gets absorbed into her system.

-Reiatsu Manipulation: While Vice Captain of Squad 4, she trained herself to manipulating her reiatsu into an extremely fine point to be able cut with expert accuracy. She is able to cut objects without physically touching them, and can also lacerate objects without damaging things around it.

As a long time member of 4th Squad before her exile she is a skilled practitioner of Chiyudo- the 4th squads healing arts. Small wounds can be healed instantly and even fatal are able to be treated if it is attended to quickly enough.

Personality:
Putting it bluntly, Feiy is a total nutcase-- this is due to mental trauma from her childhood and adolescence which was further pressed during her times as a vizard. (more so when she started training to be able to use Rudra. She is incredibly to just about everyone she meets, whether its being overly sarcastic or just plain vulgar and insulting. When her relationship with the late Second Squad Captain-- Rhia Kuchiki, was in full swing, her attitude and overall personality mellowed out to a point. However, since her passing, the heartbreak of no longer having Rhia has left on literally the last few threads of her sanity. Feiy is back to her old attitude worse than ever and will explode on anyone; except for her mother and younger sister which she has recently grown to accept.

Its very easy to get on her bad side and she is prone to anger often. When in a state of blood-lust, she almost seems incredibly sadistic but she pales in comparison to her hollow counter-part, Jezebel.

Jezebel acts like a total slut (summing her up in a word). She always seems to be in a state of arousal, using it to mask her insane blood-lust and urges to humiliate and torture. If you get on her good side... she either plans to kill you later or somehow you actually did something right.
