Physical Description:
Maxi is young, and acts slightly below his age. At 24 years old and six feet one inch, Maxi is taller than average. His height is accentuated by his lean build, making him seem taller than he really is. His facial features are gentle and friendly, but aren't sharp and defined; however, his face is not to be confused with being chunky or fatty by any means. The first thing people tend to notice about him, and is somewhat of a dominating feature of his entire face, are his eyes. They are a dark crimson color, but depending on where you stand, along with the angle and intensity of light at the time, they can appear to be lighter or darker than they actually are. He has never been seen without his hat, and nobody really expects to. The next notable thing about him his his hair. Always in a long, blond, and braided ponytail, its another unchanging thing about Maxi. Although his physical appearance is somewhat constant, his personality is not.
Zanpactou: Sealed: A curved blade running similar in length and curve to a katana, but with a thicker blade which is made completely out of Jade. A simple circle guard connected to the base with three equally distant quarter inch bars, and the handle wrap is blood red over a dark green ray skin. Lately when Maxi draws his sword the feelings of both the swords spirit and Maxi seem to clash and mesh as he moves his sword, allowing his opponents to feel his feelings and what his spirit feels at the same time. This can be quite overwhelming.
Shikai: Flicker, Hotaru Sawa. Maxi's shikai is a semi-constant release, meaning that one singular firefly stays out at all time, resting under his hat. This firefly allows Maxi to see in 360 degrees and gives him a weak version of night vision. The katana dissolves and reforms as 366 (one under his hat) Fireflies, as they move around they create a linear based dimension that, when two sets corresponding ways move close together Maxi can Bridge the area between them and teleport from the between the two points. The Origin point of the teleportation must be within 3 feet of Maximoru for him to successfully teleport. The range and speed of the teleportation depends on how close Maxi is to the Fireflies and how far apart the two points of contact are. The maximum range Maxi can travel is 214 feet, and the average speed of the teleportation is one/one millionth of a second. The major ability of Maxi's shikai is mater manipulation (though alchemy is just easier to type/understand) and while in his major release, Maxi has a weak touch based version. By coming in contact with a surface or object, Maxi can manipulate the major elements within said item to become more potent or easier to manipulate. An example would be, Maxi grabs the wrist of someone, manipulating the magnesium (4th largest element) in there body to move to the edges of the skin, causing the magnesium to react to the air and explode, or if a wall has a steel strut support withing a few feet of the edge he touches, he can maneuver the steel to the edges and form it into a blade or some type of useful item. The time it takes to manipulate one object to another is only a two to three seconds but he is mostly open to attack during this time.
Bankai: Hasha Hotaru Sawa (supreme ruler of firefly marsh) Two teal gauntlets form on both his hands with a blood red stone in the middle of each and in the center of each gem a green pupal sits forms, then immediately rotates around to find rich sources of the materials Maxi plans to use. Four larger fireflies rotate around each gauntlet. Protruding from the base of each gauntlet is coil type of armor that covers the entire body in a wrap style, coiling itself around like tightly coiled rope; the coil itself is hollow and filled with steam 200 degrees Celsius which can be expelled from any point along the tubes. Maxi's Mater Manipulation has become extremely advanced, so that he no longer has to touch the material for it to move to his will, and when he does make contact, the manipulation is instantaneous, where as hands free it takes 2 seconds. His teleportation advances as well as he now has both the access and exit points attached to him, this allows him to enter the dimension created by matching points, then move to another area and exit using the other set of fireflies, though increasing his speed and movement range, though he can only move this way for five seconds at a time, any longer and he will lose his way in the dimension and
end up somewhere in the year 1985 next to a Delorean appear somewhere near his home in England, and bleeding profusely.
The metal of Maxi's gauntlets is polarized so that if they are forced together they create a great deal of sparks, this combined with Maxi's mater manipulation allows him to forcibly change the air density for a few seconds around his target, if the wind is lite, and cause large explosions do to high oxygen concentration. The area of effect is only two meters around but the heat is nearly one thousand degrees Fahrenheit, so that the area around the blast is almost instantly flash fried.
Special Accessories: A thick leather bound tome is now over 3,000 pages long due to his constant adding of pages, and wears his leather jacket, which consumes a small amount of his reiatsu (but only 1%), leather pants, and leather boots. The kido caster and a small pocket watch with a picture of his wife Victoria on the inside.
Skills: a complete knowledge of the human body, from its makeup down to the pressure points, along with an large knowledge of explosive and incendiary chemicals. Maxi can speed read most books under 500 pages, but usually takes his time to study and check sources.

Personality: If you catch him at a good moment Maxi will usually seem like a layed back easy going person with a little to much going on in his head and to much coffee to drink. On a bad day however, Maxi will attempt to avoid all contact with anyone and everyone whom he finds the least bit annoying, closing himself off from the world until he has had time to relax and calm himself. Cation it is not safe to enter Maxi's area during these times as he will not be wearing pants.
Biography/History: Maxi was a member of the S.A.S., during which time he began to see the spirits of his fallen comrades, and enemies, causing a slight mental breakdown, which resulted in his 'early retirement' at the age of 22. Maxi then began to search the world over to find out what the f*** he was seeing, 2 years into his travels, Maxi met a young women, named Victoria, dressed in the most peculiar cloths, a black robe and brown sandals, (hes British and doesn't know what there called.) and he called out to her, feelings for her instantly in his heart. She turned, smiled and then bounded off, away from him. Maxi gave chase and was able to keep up with her but never close the gap, until she stopped and a gate opened in front of her. Maxi immediately sprinted for her, afraid to lose her, all thoughts of figuring out his problems gone at the thought of losing her. He collided with her as they both entered.
Maxi arrived during a power struggle in 12th squad, so no one noticed the outsider following around one of the lower ranked members. Maxi learned his loves name, Victoria, and that she had actually been sent to konzo his soul, to which he scoffed at this notion and continued on blindly for years. During his training with Victoria and subsequent forming of his own Zanpakto, The vice captain and captain of 12th grew distant from the squad and seemed to vanish whenever there was any real need for them. Maxi just accepted it and went about learning as much as he could, and spending any and all free time with Victoria. Called in to see the captain and vice captain, Maxi walked into a frame up, and as he moved into the room he stepped into a thick slimy pool of black and red blood. The room was dark but just enough light shown threw the opened door to reveal the half a head of the vice captain resting in the lap of the captain her sword forced down threw the captains head to the hilt. Taking a step back Maxi brushed against a man he had never met before, and who made him jump high enough to ram his head into the doorway, Captain commander Yamamoto stood in the door way having arrived just after Maxi, his old hand snapping out and catching Maxi as he started to fall from the landing. After regaining his balance and moving out into the hallway, Yamamoto Asked Maxi a simple question, "Why did you do this?" Maxi stared blankly at the old man for a minuet then looked back to the room, in a small voice he asked Yamamoto, "How do you think I could possibly do this?" Yamamoto simply took his hand, waving it around the area once. "Cameras." He replies, "Do not lie in this matter. Were you in love with the Vice Captain? Is that what lead to the rage at which you killed them both, even with them together and armed you slaughtered them both. Something similar to what happened last time this squad changed hands." A creepy and dark smile passed over his face and he nodded once. "Clean that up, have a proper funeral for them and enjoy your new life as leader of this squad."
