Planet Gunsmoke Sand Sculpture Art Show

May City has an annual summer celebration, which includes a show of sand sculptures. Local artists create amazing works in a wide range of sizes, and decorate them in various ways to add color contrast to the sand. The sculptures are judged by the mayor, the sheriff and the president of the town garden club. The townspeople also get to vote for the "most popular" award.
From the given information, determine the award each person won, the subject of the sculpture they created, and the material they used to decorate their piece.

1. Miranda's glitter-covered sculpture won the "Most Creative" award. Veronica used lots of decorative color chalk on her sculpture.
2. The whimsical sculpture featuring a cat peering into a goldfish bowl won the "Most Popular" award. The running horses sculpture won "First Place", but Arthur didn't carve it.
3. Todd didn't sculpt the running horses, but he did use sponge paint to decorate his work.
4. One of the men won the "Best of Show" award for his life-size car sculpture.
5. Arthur, who didn't use spray paint to decorate his piece, did not carve the blooming roses.
6. The five artists who won awards were: the woman who carved the cat & goldfish bowl, Chester, the man who got honorable mention, the person who carved the dragon & castle sculpture, and the person who only used natural sand without extra decoration.
