June 3rd, 2009:
I was waiting in line for Senior Night at the Pub when a friend of mine joined me there. She had been tossing around a softball, but without the mitts it proved a bit much for her hand. She had told me about her fingers not wanting to bend without hurting.
I took her hand between mine and began to concentrate. After a couple minutes of this exercise, I opened my eyes and let go of her hand. She made a light fist for a moment and smiled.
"They bend...what did you do?"
