Okay, my hopes for is to to make a thread where we can all share are completed outfits that we've made...
[ also to posts ones our moms helped us make... ninja ]
Feel free to post pictures, sketches, and tutorials to go with!

This is the skirt I've been wanting to put something on for a loooong time. For a long time it was just the plain black, then I added the white lace. Today I did the painting, which came straight off this Putumayo shirt. I didn't like the shirt but I liked the print. ^^; Sewing lace on: about 3 minutes Painting: 4.5 hours O.o  And here's me (lower half in my mirror) wearing it:

here's what ive actually worn and taken pics of... the gloves (handless lace gloves) and the pants (i cropped them and put lace on them) were of my creation: gloves and pantsmy unfinished yuzuki cosplay dress. i had a lot of help from my aunt. it was my first time sewing something like that. i did learn a lot from it: yuzuki dressthank top, glove, and skirt sewn by me. you cant really see the skirt except for the top of it: close up on shirt and glovehair falls ^_^: hair fallschi costume. sleeves and skirt made by me. i can sew better than this. i didnt have much time to make the costume: chi

blacklipstick815 here's what ive actually worn and taken pics of... The Chii dress is adorable. ^_^ I love those hair falls. I've always wanted some. @_@ How do you do them?

Gosh, thats incredible- is it a puffball skirt? I really want to make one, but I can't follow patterns, and I'm a bit scared of just doing it as it looks really difficult!

Tis what me and my mutti made for the London expo. I look a bit chubby ^^;; and my petticoat gave way ;-; but i wanted a Metamorphose pinafore lookalike dress, and i got one! muwahah  I'm also currently working on a Pirate/Punk lolita skirt, until i broke the needle in the sewing machine ^^;;;; But i might go take a piccy of it so far in a moe (:

I love the pattern. And I'm sorry that your needle broke... t.t I can't wait to see some pics of your skirt, it sounds really cool. --  I made this dress to wear at Anime Boston this past year. I was also sporting a long cat tail and a couple of clip on ears. =3 It was my first really big project that involved pattern modification... The skirt isn't aligned quite right, but otherwise I really love [to wear] it.
