It's the year 2009... ...and as some of you might already know, either by information or by the 4th movie trailer, it's the Keroro Gunso / SGT Frog series' 10 year anniversary this year~
Around...November, I think, to be more exact. 29th of November or something. > u > ;;
(the 5 year anniversary for the Keroro Gunso anime)
So I was just thinking, would anyone be interested in some kind of special guild "event" or contest or something for the 10 year anniversary? ^^;

I'm sorry I don't have any good ideas for events.
Maybe an event for making the best Fan keroro mini manga or something?
It's too bad Gaia doesn't have any Keroro Gunso related items in their shops.

Ah! I should prepare a cake on its "birthday" for the fun of it. I missed out on Keroro's birthday last year because of my lack of supplies...
EDIT: Actually wouldn't a cake/cookie contest/event be interesting? It could be one of...well maybe there could be ten mini events for the 10 thing? smile

I couldn't think of anything to prepare for Keroro's birthday last year, ahahah...hah... -fail- ;; Orz
ANYWAY.
I had no ideas brewing, actually. > v > -pretty much idealess these days-
But I'm up for having several mini contests/events though, it sounds like a good idea. c8
I can edit the first posts with people's ideas until a set date or something?
It'd make it easier to keep track of things too, I think. xD;;

And don't worry about not having any "good ideas" for events.
I don't have any ideas at all myself at the time being. xD;;

Sounds alright with me, do what you must lol.
So we can do 10 mini events for the big event.
I think some should be ordinary like drawing, writing, a raffle and so on but maybe we should have some odd ones like the baking thing for example.

Sure, once we figure out 10 mini events to stick with~
I added drawing, writing, raffle and other to the list so far with the already said ideas added as "sub-categories".
If any ideas that can't be put in either category shows up, I'll add a new one. x3
I personally love your baking idea though. xD
Ugh, I'd try to come up with some kinda idea for the mini events...
But I'm still totally blank when it comes to that. X u x ;;

I wonder how long I'd spend trying to shape cookies like them....lol. Anyway xd
Take your time thinking things up. As long as we have all the ideas far enough ahead of time to plan then we're good.

What about a mini fan fiction contest or poems? Having a lot of contest could be a little difficult with not a whole lot of members though. What about a large party where everyone posts anything for the anniversary for fun rather than prizes or something. <-that’s a worst case scenario though, bring on the contests!

And yeah, that's why I thought asking around about it now would be a good idea, 'cause then we'd have lots of time to "plan" the whole thing rather than having to stress it in the last minute, so to say. @ u @

I see what you mean though, since we aren't really a lot of people in this guild yet and all...
But, we can hope we'll have more members by then. ^^
People might also have more time when summer vacation starts, maybe?
In either case, I'm still up for the contests. xD

I like the Gaia towns cosplay idea.
But there aren't many items, that I can find anyway, that resemble the Keronjin.
