Four Score and seven years ago....
the world sucked because FEF wasn't invented yet. No, really, my speech isn't gonna be THAT boring. Maybe. Probably not. I'll keep it short. Maybe. Anyways, happy 3rd Guildaversary, FEF! I'm so amazed and so happy that FEF has lasted this long, and become as big as it has. I tell you every year how it started. A fanclub in the chatterbox. If you want to visit it, I have the url saved in the crew forum. XD
I'm so proud of all of you. FEF is the biggest family I know of.
The things I love about FEF, well, lets see. You guys are like my children and my best friends. =3 I love it when you're happy, and I'm upset when there is chaos (Which happens a lot here, but it's part of what makes us us.). I love how we can get over any obstacle in our way, and how everybody is always up for a challenge. Everybody here is intelligent, kind, and creative. I can't stand being away from FEF for very long. This guild is my pride and joy, and a place where I can truly feel that I belong somewhere. A place where I can feel safe, wanted, and loved. Sometimes it seems like FEF is my first home, and my real house is my second. Every time I have a problem, I can turn to you to help me. When I'm upset, you guys comfort me. And when I just want to have a little fun... I'll glance through the chatterbox or just sit in the FEF blast and kick back. I'd really like to take a moment to just... appreciate the members of this guild. Thank you so much everybody. I look forward to the journeys we will take together in the future. So keep things exciting, keep things fun, and stay awesome FEFERs~! I hope that you guys enjoy the guildaversary this year. It'll be the biggest party FEF has ever seen. We've put so much work into it, so please go, post, win, enjoy!

I have a dream. I have a dream that one day this guild will rise up and live out to the true meaning of its motto: "Together We Ride."

*Ahem* Anyway...... I want to thank Nino for creating this guild. If it wasn't for her, I would have never found a place I would love to hang out in Gaia. I also like to thank the crew (excluding myself) for making this guild organized and well control. I do not like to have a guild where things get out of control. LOL xd However, the most thankful I want to say to are you, the members.

If it wasn't for you members, this guild would not be the best and fun place to hang out. It was you members that we have the best FE guild of all of Gaia. It was not the crew who did it. Sure, it was Nino who created this guild. But it was you who did it of making this guild so fun to hang out.

Sure, we have some drama going around and some arguments from here to there. But we've pull our weights and our differences aside to solve whatever drama we had. Even though we rarely had some that cannot be over it, the most of problems we had deal with, we moved onward together.

This guild is so fun to hang out, that it is through you of what makes us want to hang out here. It is not about who has the most knowledge of Fire Emblem. It is not about who can create the best FE OCs in the guild or the best FE RPers. It is NOT even about who is the best gamer of all the FE members. It is your personalities and your characteristics of what make us want to hang out in this guild. With you being who you are and having fun in this guild, we have a great bond in this guild.

I cannot be more proud of being a member of this guild as are you being a member of this guild too. You have made such an amazing relationship to not only the members and crew, but also to this guild. So if you want to give an applaud, applaud yourself. Because you are the one who had transferred this guild into the best guild ever. Remember the motto: "Together We RIDE!!"

I love this community. From the bottom of my heart, I love this guild. <3

We're one big family, FEF. One dysfunctional family, admittedly, but that adds part of its charm, I think. biggrin What other guild has a Blast that'll hug people to death or smother them with affection when they come on? I love the warm and fuzzy feelings I get just by hanging out with you all- a network of close friends and a feeling of kinship that just can't be rivaled by other guilds, websites, and so on.

I love that I can trust you guys with my true feelings and views- nothing sucks more than hiding your true persona, I think- and can have anything from intelligent debates to pure shenanigans with the rest of you all. I love how relaxed we all are with one another, how random we are, and yet how alike we all are in some intrinsic level that seems to run deeper than just a Fire Emblem fandom.

We're an intimate bunch. A close-knit family that still lets people in to join in the cluster-hug that is FEF, and a family that's all too wiling to adopt new ones into its midst. I remember trying to make a family tree, once, but that got all messy... XD

All in all? I love you all. We're all a huge family that I will never, ever leave unless dire straits get in between me and a computer. You're the first group that I would jump to if someone said "ROAD TRIP!", and the group I'm most eager to meet in person, if given the chance.

...Hope that didn't sound creepy. ._. I just mean to say that I trust you all, and your friendship means a lot to me.

Kurai loves this place for a plethora of reasons more than this, but let's not fill up the page with Kurai drivel as she melts into a puddle of contented mush, right? biggrin

Together We Ride, everyone! Into the sunset we go~

Fire Emblem Forever never ceases to amaze me. We have all journeyed across the internet all to wind up here, together. It’s truly a miracle that we can all be here today enjoying ourselves with these festivities. I’m sure many people reminisce, but I’m one that does it especially often. Truly, its irony that brought me here to FEF, had I never picked up Fire Emblem, a game I originally had no plans of buying or ever playing, I wouldn’t be here.

I want to say my journey was shorter than most, I think it’s been about four years that I’ve been on the internet. My starting point was the Atlus forums, a harsh community, but one I still hold dear. It was one of the members there that got me into roleplaying, and boy did I suck back then. From there I traveled to another two sites, and by then I had started high school. It was around this time a friend of mine told me of Gaia, and after procrastinating I joined.

I can’t even remember when I bought Fire Emblem, but I recall well looking through my Nintendo Power magazine at the little strategy guilds they had for the game. It was after nearly six months on Gaia that I spread my wings and explored. I traveled to the guilds area and started typing random video games into the search, and thus on January ’07, stumbled upon FEF, joined and never left.

Naturally, we have out rough patches from time to time, but there’s no where online that I love more than FEF. It’s a magical place full of magical people; some that are still here, and some that are not, but I remember so many of them so well. If I had the time, I would certainly extend individual thank yous to everyone that has helped me get to this point, but alas I have no such time. I would like to thank three special girls though, those being:
Our wonderful captain, Nino who is always supportive and easy to talk to; one fall night she changed my life by calling me, and I’ll never forget all of the fun times we’ve had on the phone.
My twin, Lilina, who is always there to lend a hand or offer a creative thought. She’s always been my friend, and I have so many fond memories with her that I hold near and dear. I can’t imagine never meeting her.
My muse, Ayra, who has not only helped me grow as a roleplayer, but as a person. If there is ever someone I need to go for advice she’s there, and I can’t thank her enough for that.

I would like to thank all the members for making the guild what it is, all of the crew for working so hard on events and other things that aren’t always visible to the members but make the guild go ‘round, the vice captain and captain for being crazy omg awesome and spending so much time ad effort making FEF what it is. I am truly thankful having been given the opportunity to have been made crew, a change to work along side so many amazing people. Truly, I can’t find myself worthy of what I have been given here, but none the less I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

And so, before I start crying my eyes out or something, one last THANK YOU! I love you all and I look forward to continue making many wonderful memories together! Together we ride, whether it’s by foot, wings, horse, pegsi, or wyvern. <3
