I have been playing this game for months apon months and have restarted it a dozen and a half times. how the heck can you get it so you can have more than 4 pins in your deck???

♥ So zetta slow! At certain shops there'll be a Neku sticker that increases your pin deck. Give me a second and I'll find exactly where.
