So. A few of you, from time to time, especially those in the AIM Blast, have seen the occasional bickering, the drama, the angst, which, more often than not, have something to do with the Crew. But, at the same time, many of you, myself included, have friendships, conversations, debates, and all manner of interactions, some of which are irreplaceable, fantastic memories with the Crew.

Now, why you're reading this thread is quite obvious. It's for, as the title states, Crew Evaluations. In the Evaluations, you are allowed to speak as much as, and as freely as you want, expressing your feelings towards each of the Crew Members. Compliments, insults, reconciliations, any of it can go into the form. Upon submission, the responses will be compiled and, at the end of June, sent to the Crew individually, so they can see what they do right, what they do wrong, how to improve, their social standings among the other members, all that good stuff.

And this brings us to the ever-important method of execution. And no, not the "Oh no, that person found out what I said about them, I'm going to die!" execution. I mean how this is going to be organized. Really, it's very simple.

Procedure:
1. Send me a Private Message, or a PM, and set up... an appointment, so to speak.. Unless you'll only write in a sentence or two for each person, I advise you to at least have some of it typed up beforehand, so we can keep this streamlined.
2. When your name is taken, I shall add you to a list, at which point you will be contacted when your opportunity has arrived. When your turn rolls around, you will be sent a PM with the password to the anonymous account, Fire Emblem Forever GUY.
3. When you obtain the password, login to the FEFGUY account, and complete your evaluations. Upon completion, the form is to be sent in a PM back to FEFGUY. So to be clear, you're logging onto FEFGUY, sending your evaluation via pm, back to FEFGUY. So when you finish, your evaluation should be in FEFGUY's inbox, from himself. (You) At that point, return to your account, and send me a message stating that you have finished.
4. Go Paginate, you're done.

The crew will never find out who said what about them. This is guaranteed. No matter what you say, there will be no repercussions. You could even cuss up a storm if you like. Please, the point of this is to let you guys speak your mind about the crew with no fear. The crew will not see the wait list, and they do not have the password to the account. The password will be changed after each evaluation. The crew will make honest attempts to fix what is found to be wrong about them.

Note: The form I provide is not necessarily the one that you need to use. If you wanna make your own, feel free, as long as it divides up the Crew Members and the good and bad things.

Oh, you couldn't possibly see what anyone wrote. Rei is going to collect the entry, then erase the pm before he allows someone else on the account.That way, the next person won't ever see what the last person wrote.
