UgggggAs much as I liked the Kart racing in SA2 I don't think there should be an entire gamer based on it...........(though it probably isn't)
Not to mention why make it! If Super stars tennis didn't do that great why would a racing game be? Jet Grind Radio Characters better be in it btw ninja
Thoughts?

Well, all we need now is a golf and baseball game and Sonic and Sega will have compied Mario completly.

WTB Sonic R remake. It would be so much better than this, plus they would get to destroy the sanity of a whole new generation!

Tomare ...Why does the fastest thing alive need a car? So that others against him can match with his speed biggrin It's a race where everyone's equal at speed and it's also stylish. I'm not that interested in the new game though - car racing games aren't my thing.

I'm looking for a new Sonic game that has an interesting plot, but keeps the Sonic characters the same way. The Sonic Adventure series is a good example - where Sonic doesn't transform into something strange, or that he doesn't need the help of a vehicle or tool. Just him running and making the game a platformer is great in my opinion.

Sonic driving a car is just the same as mario calling a plumber not needed

I like it ^^.Maybe sega wants to let sonic have some fun.Like when Mario did smile with all the parties and such.
So why not and I liked sonic tennis stars.^^ Im getting this one hehehe smile

The last game I remember Sonic driving a car in was Sonic Drift 2 for the Game Gear in 1995 which I think was actually pretty fun, but that was years ago. I think this new game is gonna suck like Sega Super Stars Tennis which i found quite boring. I think that Sonic should be in his own game and all the other Sega characters in their own game. scream Just for fun here's a pic from Sonic Drift 2 if you never heard of it. It was one of the games that were not very well known.....

it really made me POed when they destroy the sonic characters. like shadow for instance they gave him acess to guns and now they gave sonic a sword. have any of you read the sonic comic books from Archie comics?

XP Why is everyone overreacting about the new Sonic game? It's a remake of an old game. I find it quite interesting, actually, since another Sega Star should be in the game (A Certain Nightmaren that deserves more credit then he gets! XO)
Besides, It would be awesome if they added the Tails Doll in the game! Like they did with Sonic R. Maybe Sega actually made him insane. biggrin
They say that Sonic has an actual reason to be driving a car, but I can't seem to find the litteral reason. :/
Probably lost a bet with Knuckles. XD Well, good for him. Now he gets to Drive LEAGALY with his new licence. Ha-Ha.
The only real reasons people are flaming this game are:
They already lost faith in SEGA and believe that every new game they make is horrible
Sonic doesn't need to drive a car (Which doesn't include WANT to drive. XDD)
They listen to most of IGN's ratings on Sonic the hedgehog.
and
They probably just hate Sonic, and love to flame every thing about him.
I mean Seriously... Who cares anymore?! It's just a game!!!
