The Shadow Nation
Within the borders of the Water Nation lies in the Shadow Nation, given to them by Rennara Shadowbane after the collapse of the original Shadow Nation. The hilly forests and vast grasslands seem virtually untouched since the people have chosen to keep their cities underground as their ancestors did in their barren homeland.
The Shadow Nation has taken the technological advances from the Water Nation and combined it with their vast knowledge of the arcane. However, the nation is known for starting fights unprovoked and taking on the warrior culture that their nation's leader was born into. Their ruler, Veon Synanciea Verrucosa, rules with a passion and love for his nation that is often seen as a vicious and cold nature, and sometimes it is. Rumor is that he lost his true love long ago, and now he is only able to fill the void in his heart with battle and war.
