Entering the ballroom there are five tables to be see, four circular tables in the corners seating four people and a long rectangular one in the center that seats ten. In the far end of the room directly in front of the doors leading to the lobby are two doors leading into and out of the kitchen. To the North end of the room there is a good sized stage with movable curtains. There are a couple of steps on either side of the stage to get up past the curtain and back stage. On the left side is a Men's bathroom and on the right is the woman's. These little rooms also double as dressing rooms when the kids have a play or recital. All the tables are covered in light blue table cloths with white trim as well as the chairs, the chairs also having white bows around them. The curtains to the stage are dark blue.

Jizzy held a spoonful of bloody baby food in her hand, holding it in front of a cheerful Tal. He very rarely had cheerful moment, mostly just quiet and shy, but right now his whole mouth and bib were covered in blood and he was a happy happy boy. "Open wide!" She said, making little airplane noises as the spoode swooshed down for Tal.
Tal clapped as the airplane came for him, opening hsi tiny mouth to welcome it. His two tiny fangs flashed as he closed his mouth over the spoon. Ha Ha He'd caught the plane! He savored the blood from it, releasing the empty spoon, some of the empty mush dribbling down his chin.
Jizzy chuckled, adjusting herself on the chair. This was harder than it looked thanks to her sprained ankel, btu she managed.

Salem came into the Ballroom, Cato sitting in a harness that held him to Salem's chest. Cato had turned out to be a handful to say the least. He could only hope that he'd settle down soon. That didn't seem to be happening though... Cato still seemed content to claim everything in sight as his own. He was having quite a time keeping him from stealing everyone's toys. At least he could let him keep the teddy that Garreth had offered him. He hated how the little spider mishap would cry when toys were taken away... He blinked as he found Jizzy there feeding Tal. Wow. He hadn't expected to find anyone here. Well, the more the marrier! "Hey there, Jizzy. How's it going? Is Tal healing up well?" He sat himself next to them and put down his little one on the table and started pulling out his own things from his baby bag. He was here to feed Cato too, taking advantage of the "stain proof" tablecloth. "Alright Cato, time to eat!"
Cato yawned before looking around the ballroom. He'd just woken from his nap and was very hungery... As always. He blinked as he found himself sat at the table. This wasn't where he usually ate... What gives? "Ah...?" And... Who was this...? He didn't know who these people were...

Jizzy smiled overat Salem, nodding. "Yeah. He still has a lot of trouble walking though, what with missing legs and stuff." She said, zooming in another spoonful of food to Tal. She'd gotten rather over her phobia, well, when it came to things that werne't ENTIRELY spiders.. Tal wans't a spide, she kept saying to herlsef, he just looked like one. And suprisingly enough, that conforted her a lot.
Tal clapped as another plane of food came, but he clapped softer now that somone was here. He looked over to the new one. He had lots of legs, jsut like Tal. He raised his hand meekly, taking it back, then raising it again, and waved.

Salem smiled and nodded. "That's to be expected. I'd be surprised if he just adjusted like that. He'll come around though. He's a very tough little guy despite how meek he is. He'll be fine." He smiled as he watched the two babies really notice each other for the first time. He wondered how this would go. Tal was a very sweet little thing and Cato was nothing short of aggressive if things didn't go his way... Well, Tal didn't have anything on him to steal so...
The little spider mishap blinked all four double eyes at the other pale baby. Who was this...? He had lots of legs too. He'd seen a couple of other people like that here at his new home, but there were few. His eyes snapped up to look at the other's hand curiously as he moved. What was he... He grew a little confused now, looking down at all four of his avaliable hands, the two at his back still clinging to his teddy bear with a vice like grip.

"I think so. It's kinda of cute though, I must admit. He tries really hard to walk." She said, scrapping the sides of the bowl for the last remains of baby food.
Tal's face feel as the other boy didn't return the wave. He sniffled slightly, looking over and opening his mouth for the last spoonful. He swallowed, his mother cleanign his cheen adn extended his arms. He needed comfort. "Baba.." He asked, and soon hisn favorite dollie was in his arms, he hugged her tightly.

He pulled out his own baby food, the same kind Tal had just eaten along with a spoon and a bib. He hoped beyond hope that there was some chance that Cato would actually eat quietly. He doubted it... "Here ya go Cato, open up!" He spoke sweetly as he scooped up some baby food and tried to feed him.
Cato blinked up at his name curiously, forgeting his hands. He was hungry, but... Oh, no... Not that stuff again! He steadfastly closed his mouth and turned away. "Mm!" He refused to eat it! He couldn't make him! He wanted it to moooove!
Yeah... He knew it...

Jizzy watched, stifflign a small giggle. Cato was kinda cute, in his own spidery, stubborn way.
Tal watched Cato silently. Wasn't he hungry? He gave Baba a small squeeze as he watched. Pretty soon he realized that maybe it was that the other boy didn't like the food. He looked down and scooped up some of his own blood food onto his fingers, offering them to Cato. Maybe he'd like this better.

He wiggled the spoon a little, praying that it might catch his attention now. "Come on Cato, you've eaten this before.... It's okay...." He hoped that Cato's hunger soon over rided his desire for live food.
Cato blinked as the spoon wiggled a little. Well... It was moving, but... He wasn't too sure about it... Hmm...? What was that...? His attention was now caught by the fingers being offered to him. Bright emerald eyes narrow a little and he slowly started to come closer...
"Huh...? Whoa! No, Tal!" He quickly grabed the drider's hand and pulled it away from Cato! That wouldn't have ended well... "No, Tal. I know you're trying to be nice and that's good, but he will bit you really hard. He'd hurt you really really bad okay?" He let go of the little hand he was holding, wiping the blood off his hand onto the table cloth where it promptly disapeared.
Cato blinked, his eyes widening. He glared at the cat man and hissed. That was his!!

Tal's iny eyes watered up and he pulled Baba closer to his chest. Did the other boy not like food, maybe he just didn't like him. Tears began to flow from his eyes. WHy didn't boy wnat anything he gave him?
"Aww. No.. Tal." Jizzy cooed as she saw Tal's watery eyes, scooping him up from the chair and into her arms. Her pulse sped up, and her breathing sort of shuddered but she held fast, patting Tal gingerly and riushing fingers through his hair. "Shh.. it's ok Tal.." SHe murmured, trying to calm him.

Salem bit his lip. He knew the little one long enough to know that this was coming, but he preffered to hurt his feelings then get his fingers hurt badly. He felt a little better as soon as Jizzy cuddled the little drider. He'd always had to do that himself, but he never had the time to take care of all the kids that were upset all at once. He was glad that Talqualyn finally had someone to make him happy all the time, not just when he wasn't too busy with something else. Now he turned his attention back to Cato, "No, Cato! You don't bite people! That's bad!" He knew that Cato probably didn't understand, but he still couldn't just let him do whatever he wished either!
Sure enough Cato looked surprised at the harsh tone that was being used at him. What had he done wrong? He frowned and narrowed his eyes, "Ahhh!" He slamed all six little hands down on the table. How dare he speak to him like that!?
"No, Cato! You can't do that." He said firmly and once again picked up the spoon and started to wiggle it, hoping to get his attention back on the food.
"Mrrrrr..." He frowned down at the spoon as it wiggled, still miffed at being scolded. That wiggle thing will pay for it! And so he snapped it up visiously and swollowed.
Oh, thank the Gods...

Tal heard his mother coo him for a few minutes more and he looked up again, sniffling. He looked about, and spotted Cato eating and his teary face smiled slightly. So the other boy did eat. He clapped faintly. "Flagala!!" He said cheerfully, though his voice was still soft.
Jizzy still craddled Tal in her arms, smiling over at Cato. Not spider, not spiders... spider.." SHe began to sweat slightly. Spiders.. SHe gulped and put Tal back down on his high chair. Spiders. SHe could almost feel them on her now and she trembled, shuddering.

"There you go, Cato... Good boy." He smiled slightly as he continued to feed him in this way, to caught up in finally getting Cato to eat to notice Jizzy's sudden change. Hopfully he'd notice soon.
Cato hissed softly at the spoon before snaping it up again, his back arms picking up his teddy again. His emerald double eyes stayed focused down at the spoon as it moved, watching his pray closely.
