I think it's pretty good but a few things...
1. Where is the chin? The shape of the head makes it look much like a potato because chins aren't that circular. Even the avatars on gaia have a hint where the chin is.
2. Work on the hands some more, it looks like you rushed through. And the outcome was shell hands...The right hand is pretty good but you slacked a bit on the left.
Overall you have quite a talent! Keep working on it! Focus on making faces and hands better! I don't know how well or bad you draw feet but the face, hands, and feet are the hardest parts to draw.
