It seems to be a very interesting mix of high-fantasy and steampunk they've got going, I quite like it. I'll reserve proper judgement until I've played it, which isn't likely as I never took to MMORPGs.
Does anyone know what role magic plays in it? [If any]

From what I recall, you either focus on technology OR magic depending on your character's nation, but I stopped keeping up with this game long ago.
Part of me wants to try it, but the rest of me screams, "What, are you insane? It's an MMORPG just like the rest of them!" Luckily, I fall far short of the minimum requirement for RAM, so it's not a decision that falls on my own shoulders. xp

Moonlight Agony I got it ready to play, see you guys there. Going to play on Voltspire server. Ah, but what side? ninja I need to decide on what works best. I have a Human Scout and a Pom Mechanist, but something tells me there are a LOT of Pom Mechanists. Namely because while I was training this morning, I saw a LOT of them. ...I'll train my Scout.

I have a Human Scout and a Pom Mechanist, but something tells me there are a LOT of Pom Mechanists. Namely because while I was training this morning, I saw a LOT of them. ...I'll train my Scout. Um the machine heavy one, something with a R I forgot already. I got one of each job, trying them out to see want I like more.

If you come across a Human Scout named Ecleian, that'd be me. (And yeah, I wanna try each job too... next up on my list will be magic. I'm pretty sure I want either a Human or a Pom though.)
