Teasel sighed as she climbed out of the burrows and looked around. Frith had just appeared in the sky and the grass was still moist with the morning dew. Though to Teasel it was just another day of kitten watching, another day of wondering why she had gotten herself pregnant in the first place, and another day of trying to be as motherly as possible despite how much she hated the responsibilities.
Mulberry followed her marli out into the morning air and found herself a patch of clover close to Teasel’s side, sniffing at it nervously before she started nibbling at it delicately. Mulberry was a rather quiet kitten, and she always did what her mother told her to do, never staying very far from her side if possible.

The last kitten to creep from the mouth of the burrow was Heather. Pausing just on the edge between shadow and Frith's warmth, the kit, coloured so like their marli, blinks wide soft brown eyes, waiting for the suddenly bright world beyond their den to come into focus. After a moment the kitten hopped slowly forwards, joining her marli and siblings.
Sitting a little behind Mulberry she looked round, though not as shy as her sister, she was not the boldest either. Quiet and attentive she caused no trouble, sometimes she seemed almost too quiet, those big doe eyes watching everything around her.
Finally, she gave a small hop away from Teasel, head dipping to sniff at a dandilion head.
((Sorry its a bit vague, just need to get the feel of her. <3))

Teasel cleaned her face as she watched over her brood, “Heather what are you doing?” she asked suddenly as she noticed the kitten who could be her little clone starting to hop away, “I don’t care if you go wandering, but just tell me first so I know you haven’t been picked off by elil”
Mulberry glanced over to her sister, nuzzling her mother's side gently, before hopping over to Heather, “Our marli is right you know” she said softly “We shouldn’t wander off without her permission…that’s a lovely dandelion you’ve found there though”

Startling the little female sank against the ground, head lifting after a moment to blink wide eyes back over her shoulder at her marli. Large ears almost too big for the dainty head, eased forwards.
"Im sorry Ma... I wasn't going far." Turning she hopped a pace towards the dark-hued doe before Mulberry reached her. Dropping her gaze she nodded softly to her sister's words before moving back to Teasel. Settling close she dropped her head on her forepaws, large eyes watching the grass move over the hill. She didn't mind staying close, and certainly she had no intentions of wandering off alone. She was just curious.

frith was just waking up and so was rosepetal. she yawns and stretches and then opens her eyes her sibling and motherwere all gone she starts yelling out. 'wai wait for meeeeeeeeee.". she then hurls herself out of the burrow and starts following her families sent. luckily no one was in the tunnels at that time bacause otherwise they would have been nocked over. she finally makes it to the exit her familly went out of she blunders through. then stops abrubtly. it was so bright outside it blinded her. when she got used to the light she looked around to find her mother she finally does. rosepetal hurls herself up in the air and starts running again. rosepetal makes it to her mother and smiles up to her. "what a beatuful day it is. frith is shining wonderfully and.... ooh look a dandilion!!"she then runs and pounces on the dandilion.'mother can i eat it or would you like it" with that she brakes the stem off and carries it to her mother

Teasel chattered her teeth as her kittens hopped around her. She was still not used to this mothering thing and it irritated her more then slightly. Why did she tell her kittens they couldn’t wander off? Sure they shouldn’t go far, but on the same account if they stuck close to her all day she’d get no peace.
Sighing heavily she looked around at her young’ins thoughtfully, “If you want to go play, then I’m not going to stop you. Just do not go so far that I can’t see you” her gazed then fell onto Rose petal as she asked about the dandelion, “That was a kind offer Rose thankyou, but you should eat it since you found it” Wow! That was actually kind, her words had even managed to shock her.
Mulberry nuzzled her marli’s side once more before turning to her sister’s, hoping they had an idea of what to do.

rose was suprised at her mothers answer because she thought for sure that her mother would want it."are you sure you dont want it mom. really you can have it if you want. im fine i will just go find another one." rose was pretty sure that no one could hear her because she was still holding on to the dandelion so she dropped it on the ground and then shouted out. "i know a game we can play how about tag." at that idea she started jumping up and down. already forgetting about the dandilion. she then shouted out, "who wants to be it first." she then pranced off to her siblings leaving the dandelion for her mother.

Rainfall was out and about with her Marli not far behind. The little brown and white kitten was determined to get in some play time, even if her mother was worrying over her constantly.
"Don't go too far, Rain. Don't get in the Owsla's way, Rain. Don't eat that cowslip, Rain. Don't do this, don't do that. Yadda, yadda, yadda." The youngster grumbled to herself as she slipped as quietly and as secretly away from the older rabbit as fast as she could.
She heard young voices, voices of kittens slightly younger than she, and she found the opportunity to play and have "followers" in her adventures. She couldn't help but to smile as she hopped towards them.
"Hey, hey, hey, wanna play?" She chattered excitibly as she approached Rose, Mulberry, and Heather, practically ignoring their marli as she did so.

rose perked her ears up at the sound of another voice. it was rainfall. 'yes rainfall in fact we were just about to play a game of tag would you like to play"she asked excitedly."or do you want to play a different game." rose then turned to her mother, "can rainfall play with us."as rose glanced at her mother she noticed that she still hadn't eaten the dandelion. "mom why wont you eat the dandelion i picked fro you?!" she asked in a whiny voice

Teasel glanced back at her purple eyed kitten, “Yes yes, go play already before I change my mind” as Rose whined about the dandelion Teasel had the right mind to stomp on the flower so that nobody could have it, but instead she sighed to calm herself and took a delicate bite out of the flower, “There, it’s very nice. Thankyou Rose, now go play, but be careful” All this parenting was wearing the marli down and she flopped onto her side for what she believed to be a well-earned rest.
Mulberry sat quietly as she watched her marli’s reaction to her sister’s behaviour, before hopping over to Rose and Rainfall, looking rather nervous “S-so what shall we play? Remember we shouldn’t stray far from our marli’s side”
((Since most, if not all these kittens are now outskirters we could just start rping them as that from now on if you guys want? Or we could just keep this rp for them as kittens ^w^ either way heart ))

rose stared at mullberry. she was amazed. all through her life mullberry had always been so careful now she was going to have some fun. she then sat up on her hind legs and said,"i thought we were going to play tag. or does someone else have an idea of another game." she hope someone else had anoter better idea because her i dea she thought was lame. she then twitched her nose and sat back down.

"We-eeee ough t'play tag, or something, huh?" The brown furred youngster grinned broadly at the ones she had decided to play with this day. "An' besides, I stray from m'marli's side all the time and I ain't had any trouble. 'Cept for that one time I found something shiny of the Elil's b'that was a differn't matter."
