Welcome to Artist's Anonymous, the first Gaian Monthly magazine for artists and art lovers ran by normal Gaians just like you! Joining is absolutely free, and then you get access to professional artist interviews from all over the internet, tips and tricks for improving your own art, and discussions on everything from paper type to the perfect tablet!... Or we will, once we get more volunteers. And that's what we're looking for right now!
Hiring The Following:
Journalists: Will be responsible for scouring the interwebnets looking for artists to interview, finding impressive pictures to spotlight, and for writing articles. Presenting creative ideas and excellent columns may result in special prizes each month!
Editors: In charge of looking over what the Journalists hand in. Each Editor must have a thorough grasp of grammatical etiquette, and must be able to type properly. They must also be able to make sure the journalists they're in charge of turn in their material in a timely manner!
Canvassers: Basically, the advertisers! Canvassers go around with a link to the guild in their posts, and reach out to art shops asking if they'll affiliate with Artist's Anonymous, gaining free publicity and more traffic! Every month a different shop will be featured in the magazine.
Requirements for Journalists and Editors:
Grammatical Accuracy
Work ethic
Activity - being online often.
Outgoing attitude
Love of art!
Requirements for Canvassers:
Friendly Attitude
Outgoing
Active Online

** Actual artistic talent a plus, but not required.
To Apply:
Request to join the guild, stating what you wish to be. If you wish to be a JOURNALIST, make up a mock column about anything, as though you really were one. If you wish to be a writer, after all, you must demonstrate your creativity and aptitude. If you wish to be an EDITOR, merely write a few short sentences that you think will make you appeal as a possible editor. (It might be better to start out as a Journalist first. smile ) If you wish to be a CANVASSER, describe how you would go about advertising and approaching shop owners.
But don't be discouraged! If you just want to join and be one of the first to have access to AA, feel free to join right away!
