Ok here is where we'll talk about the power rankings.
Why?
Reading some of our new recruits profiles, if you follow it to the logical end, alot of characters are going to wind up power playing and godmodding. So to solve the problem before it happens we are thinking about instating power rankings.
What?
All that the power rankings are/will be is a descending list of who has the most skill/power/reiatsu. This will help people determine how they should be faring in fights, keeping powerplaying and godmodding to a minimum.
How will it look? How will it work?
1.The Emperor. (Also at this level will be the evil captain and usurper arrancar)
2. Shinigami Captain. (One of the guild captains)
3. Espada 0
4.Shinigami Captain (guild captain)
5. Shinigami Captain (guild captain)
6. Espada (1,2,3)
7. Espada (1,2,3)
8 Espada (1,2,3)
9. Vizard (We only have 1 currently)
10. Espada (4,5,6)
11. Shinigami Captain (We'll judge the profiles and decide)
12. Espada (4,5,6)
13. Espada (4,5,6)
14. Shinigami Captain
15. Espada (7,8,9)
16. Espada (7,8,9)
17. Shinigami Captain
18. Espada (7,8,9)
19. Shinigami Captain
20-24. Remaining Shinigami Captains
25-30. Lieutenants and non espada arrancar
30+ Regular Shinigami, Regular arrancar, Hollows, Super Humans, etc.
Now this is extremely subject to change, like there can be more than one person at a power level, it just gives us an idea of their power. The way it will work is that if someone is within 5 ranks of you, it will be a good fight, Example:
A 3 fights a 8, The slight advantage goes to the 3, but the fight won't be over in 3 seconds, the 8 will give them a good fight and there is no way he will get away unscathed.
A 5 fights a 6, the fight is almost dead even. Both comabtants risk death.
A 2 fights a 10. The 10 has a chance before the 2 releases. Then has little to no chance. If the 2 releases a second time it means almost certain death.
We will need to discuss this, but we will probably make the power rankings slightly exponential. I.E. the power difference between a 15 and a 20 is far different from a 1 and a 5.

Due to provocation, I've come up with the following comment.
This is probably not completely necessary. However; it does do a good job of showing everyone where they stand and will help when it comes to determining how a battle should turn out.
The only problem I see, is that people will complain about what power level they get assigned to.
No need to PM me about every tiny little thing going on in the guild. I keep track of it. Don't turn your thwarted PMing from Kyuubi onto me, please and thank you.

Good point, and we will have to sit down together and discuss who we are going to put where. Hopefully this will limit the complaints.
I'm sorry if I annoyed you, I just like to hear input from the other mods about large things such as this. sweatdrop I will stop PMing you asap

Lol, don't worry. ;D I was just putting an end to the PMing before it got out of hand.. But yes, it is nice to hear input from other mods.

Ok I revised the thing a Little bit, so instead of each number just having one person, or the number being assigned sort of like an espada in the show, we can just use a set number as a scale. So instead of having 30+ ranks we can have a set 25. This will let us put more than one person at a power level, and make it a bit easier to understand.

Honestly, I don't liek the way the ranking is currently set up. For example, where the hell does the head captain come in? The power ranking should be more like....
Arrancar Emperor = Head Captain
Espada 0-5 = Captains
Espada 6-9 = Lieutenants
Fraccions = Lieutenants and some 3rd seats
Regular Arrancar = 3rd seat and lower
Also, the evil captain/arrancar don't need to be as powerful as the emperor and the head captain. That sorta "pimps" the evil characters' power.
Also, just because someone is a guild moderator, that doesn't mean they're automatically the 2nd strongest characters in the guild. It depends on their rank in the seireitei/hueco mundo.

I personally like Kasuki's ranking more so then Ashes. ^^'
It's smaller, makes it a lot more balanced, and it leaves little wiggle room for people to really complain as it seems rather fair.
