
As Aveshar prowled away from his usual haunt, he allowed a grin to grace his maw. Things were going well, he admitted to himself with a satisfied smirk. Better than well, actually.. Barring any unforseen hiccups, this plan would go off without a hitch.
And he'd simply sit in the shadows and watch his precious PyreFly family writhe in the aftermath of a tsunami they would never see coming. The wave was even now gathering its strength, dredging up food from the depths to quench a hunger the owner refused to recognize. No matter, all in good time...
"All in good time." He murmured to himself, giving a delighted chuckle.
But for now, it was not the time. And that was perfectly alright. Now he wished to see what undiscovered gem he would stumble across next. And in doing so, thrust it deep into the twisted light of his world, where all its facets could be seen with blood-chilling accuracy. It was the darkness's time to 'shine'...
