Have you ever seen/knon the people who can just eat salad for dinner and be satisfied( taste wise)? In my opinion, it's just eating the same thing after the first couple of bites. Take my aunt for example. She can eat a huge plate of salad and feel ok. But for me, I need a little bit more substance in my meals like pasta or meat or soup. But I do like salads and I'm not downin' the salad-lovers out there or anything. ( this was just something I thought up spur of the moment)
spoonfeeds:
Salads ( no brainer) Good foods you've had lately How much you love me ( just kidding)

I really love Sanee because, she's like cool and all that! [ squeals and hugs Sanee ]
I'm fine with eating salad. I know what you mean by having substance in your food, like having something that tastes really good that leaves you craving for another bite. Some people just crave salad. I don't, but the croutons and the dressing helps. Oh, and the pieces of chicken in the chicken salad. Mmm.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes at lunch the only solid is bread, and then everything else is pudding, a drink and apples. Doesnt hold me down.

Ok, I am one of those weird people who love salad. I do put alot in them though. I sometimes have cheese, chicken or tuna, and/or eggs. I also use different kinds of lettuce, plus tomatos. I get really creative. I don't want those little ice-burg lettuce only things like they serve at fast food places though.

But some restaurants put maybe an ounce of meat and cheese on a huge thing of lettuce and I'm like," where did the meat and cheese go??"

So who here likes veggies? I like baby carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, spinach ( in salads), etc...
Do you like to snack on veggies? If you do, which kinds?
( I've found that eating more vegetables in the past month or so has given me more energy and I've lost 12.5 pounds whee )

Once I went to some place, Cheesecake factory of something and got a taco salad and it was damn good. It had taco shell at the bottom, lettuce, chicken, corn, beans, guacamole, dressing, and a whole buncha stuff. *hungry*
