I'm not calling Nick Cave steampunk; let me make that clear from the outset. However, I do find a good deal of his work to be steam-appropriate.
Agree or disagree?
Are there even any Nick Cave fans in the Anachronism?

I agree absolutley. I am a huge Nick cave fan.
I also would say he is rather on the steam side with the kind of atmosphere his music creats and his interesting use of various percussion instruments.
I went to see him Last year and was completely blown away.

lord-jarram I agree absolutley. I am a huge Nick cave fan. I also would say he is rather on the steam side with the kind of atmosphere his music creats and his interesting use of various percussion instruments. I went to see him Last year and was completely blown away. My sentiments exactly, it's all about the atmosphere. I saw him last October, and it may have been the best live show I've ever seen. That or Tom Waits or Bob Dylan.

I was at the Waits show in Dublin and the Dylan show in Birmingham.
I'd have to say Tom Waits was the best.

Waits and Nick Cave are two of my favorite artists, I would really like to see both of them one day.
Johnny Hollow is also up there for me, I love the atmosphere they create with their music and have you seen their websites?
