How could she! How could her own flesh and blood, the one that knew her thoughts, could feel her feelings, suddenly go just. YUCK! The black, white and dash of orange teen female growled as she finally slowed her pace down before her father's old willow. A place that seemed to be the center of the thickest shadows and just seemed to help ease, even though encourage, the boiling blood inside the young wolf's veins.
"Mom! Mom! MOM!" Debora growled through clenched teeth, she wasn't mad at her mother or father or any one but Isadora and that damn black and red male. Debora was pacing and as soon as she reached the willow's low dangling branches, she spin around and pace backwards.
"Sly? Possum? Marrion? Vegas? MOM!" now Debora just wanted anyone, but mainly her mother's words of advice or ears, to rant to. They'd have to understand the turmoil that was happening in her mind, the fierce loyality the connection that, well maybe only another set of twins would understand, but that connection seemed to be severed in a matter of minutes if not seconds. What happened?
Stomping a paw hot tears of rage and frustration started to stream out of the lone, dark twin's blue eyes. Those very eyes that had been daggers just a matter of fifteen minutes ago, were now steel blue pool of bitterness.
"How could she," Debora whined, tucking her head down and stopping her pacing, hot tears dripped from the tip of her nose. Ears were pulled back in confusion, and her tail was limp in a silent resolve of defeat. The strong, aggressive twin, sniffled and heaved a heavy breathe. Loyality and family were the two most important things to this young female and now the closest member of her family had might as well ripped out Debora's throat with her own fangs.
Closing her eyes Debora told herself to suck it up, but the tears just kept streaming and dripping from her nose. "Why? Why, Isa?" both of Debora's front paws popped up off the ground as she stomped and growled her question to the ground in such a cold voice it might as well not have even been Debora's.

Fie poked her nose out concern running through her at her daughters cries, what was wrong? Worse she heard the cry of one twin, and not the other, and her daughters were always joined at the hip. The dark female had a blood red pelt draped over her as she moved to sit beside her daughter.
"Debora, debora whats wrong?! Where is Isadora?" Fie's voice tinted with frantic concern as she looked around. Ruby eyes scanned the are and her heart raced as she noted that the other twin was indeed absent. She needed to hear from Debora that her twin was alright, unharmed, alive.

At the sound of her mother's voice, and the dabble of concern, Debora tried to dry up her eyes from those blasted tears. Her chest heaved a couple times heavily with shallow breaths, and the words, what words Debora didn't even know yet, but words were on the tip of her tongue.
Lifting up her blue eyes, after raking her nose against her left fore paw, Debora looked towards her mother.
"Isadora has gone insane. She's speaking to some male...Feros, I think that was what the vermin called himself, who said he came from the Reign of Terror. The Reign of Terror. Talked about leaving it like it was an easy task, though oh, woe is me, they nearly killed him. I say they didn't do a good enough job. Someone failed." Debora rambled as she answered her mother.
Then she stopped, closed her eyes and grinding her teeth, looked back to her mother, one last hot tear rolling from her eyes, "Isa is alive, but she is being utterly FOOLISH!" One fore paw stomped the ground in her positive verdict passing voice.

Fie slowly relaxed and listened quietly her eyes narrowing, impossible that some male should tear her two beloved daughters apart. She growled softly and frowned her expression a fierce imitation of days long past, days when she lived only for the kill and the sweet skinning that came after. Her ears fell back and her hackles raised.
"Debora be calm...your sister is too clever for some foolish male to sway her. If the male truly was a member of the The Reign and is no more...then Isa would be in danger standing beside him. You must convince her of her foolishness Debora you are her sister."
Yet the tear made her tense and she slowly put a paw around her daughter and pulled her close. "Don't cry now my beloved, you are too strong for tears, we will save your sister...you must seek out the king of the reign, he..." She paused and frowned, but wasn't it better to serve the devil then stand foolishly in his path. "he is fond of you and your sister...since you were pups...you will be welcomed by him, you must tell him of this wicked male and how he has spun a web of lies for your sister."

Seeing the fierce edge in her mother's expression made Debora's loathing heart leap happily. At least she knew her mother was a creature of reason, no doubt her father would say something along the lines that 'Isadora has a right to speak to whoever comes into her path without prejudices to their past. Blah, blah blah.' There would be something about healers, and all something else that would bore the darker twin out of her mind, though she did truly love her father, he was just...an odd shaman to be aligned with such a dark element.
"Really? You didn't see the way she seemed to be hanging onto the puss' every word! She can be as blind as father sometimes." Now she was just lashing out, the angry teenager phase was definitely going to hit twice with this sister, as it would seem Isadora was too passive for the bitter emotions, unless nipping at Debora's sour mood. "I know that! That male just smelt like trouble, whither telling the truth or not. He didn't look too badly scarred up from a near death experience." In fact the pelt would be an utter delight to tread upon until it was bald. Debora's thoughts sulked and mused silently in her rage.
But being pulled closer to her mother, Debora found her head pressing into the warm dark chest. Taking calming breaths of her mother's scent and listening, with the rational part of her mind, to the wise words the talented skinner shared to her de-twinned daughter. Blinking at the advice given to her, Debora lifted her snout up to peer up at her mother's face as she leaned slightly back.
When Debora spoke, her voice was hoarse from her crying. "How...how would you know that, momma? About the King of the Reign."

Fie felt her mood darken, she didn't trust herself to seek out the great horned king herself...she could still taste blood on her tongue, feel the snapping of bones against her fangs. Her children didn't know the truth, before she had learned to love their father, before she had become a mother, she had been a killer. It still came to her, the cold blooded desire, but with Adolfo beside her she was able to push away the desires.
She nipped her daughters ear. "Your father has his reasons, he's never blind...he simply see's the larger picture Debora...Isa is confused right now, she'll realize...but she needs help."
"Why else would your father and I move away from the reign, their king took too close an interest in our family. I didn't want...I wanted a more peaceful life for all of you, and your father does as well." She knew that despite it all she was going to send Debora to find the cold hearted pack. Would Adolfo forgive her? He would, once he realized how much more important it was to keep their family safe.

Flipping her ear once her mother nipped at it, Debora couldn't help but feel a slight guilt at the fact of her words, hopefully her father wouldn't know what she had said. The shadows were so close to the family, she still had only seen the light of day when laying out skins to watch the dry in the heat, but she was always tucked back into the darkness. The light hurt too much to move closer.
"I think Isa is infatuated with a hero's or a daring story." The darker twin grumbled still bitter at how she had just lost a pristine pelt along with her sister to that red and black male. "I'd say. She needs some major mental help." It was still her anger talking, but ask her mother went on to answer the question about the King of the Reign. Tilting her head to the side, Debora couldn't help but see the forlorn look in her mother's ruby eyes.
With a single nuzzle of her snout into her mother's rich black furry neck, Debora came to a mild understanding. "I know momma...about how you and Daddy wished better for us." She looked away, almost daring one of her other siblings to show up, or for Isadora to show up with that...that...ingrate!
The thought of the male made Debora pull away from her mother, she wasn't the little pup screaming about Sly getting mud on her skin any more to their mother (which would ensue the double teaming of the twins upon their brother), she was a young adult, a proud daughter of Fiereza the Master Skinner and Adolfo the Master of Shadows. Her voice when Debora spoke again, was calmer. The plan forming.
Her blue eyes hardened slightly, but they would be harsher once the rage towards the male, that broke a bond like none other, was full blown again. "I want you and father to take care of yourselves, mother. Give everyone my love, but Isadora." There was a final smile that was only for her family. She would have some work ahead of her before going to seek out the great alpha of the cold hearted pack. "Don't worry about me mother, I'll leave a sign...a pelt for Isadora, to mark when I'm going to stop being a 'run away' and make my advancement towards the male. If Isadora's brain has returned by that time, then I'll come back with her and the pelt. But otherwise, tell father it was my idea. The Reign of Terror, I'm sure, would love to have their fangs back on that male."
Debora now gave a twisted smirk, but that dropped from her maw as quickly as it came up. "Ohh, mother, the male with Isadora said he knew father. Talked to the shadows all the time and said you stalked father back when he met the two of you. Do you remember any of that?"
