Selena looked out into the open night sky. It was speckled with tinny little lights, and Selena wondered how far away they could be to be that small. This land was new to her, she had met some Soquili, been screamed at by others. But none of them really made a great impression on her. Except for one. A tiny little Soquili, a foal, black as the depths of the night sky, and an attitude that reminded her of herself as a foal. She never caught the foal's name unfortunately. So she nicknamed it. Bandit. I wonder where the little darling is right now.She wanted to meet the foal again, and some time soon hopefully. But for now, she would have to settle with the full moon and the thousands on tiny lights.

The bandit was stealing through the forest at a fast pace. Her destination? The clearing that opened up to vast plains beyond the forest. Her motivation? To see the stars and wildflowers her mother had told her about. Of course, her mother never urged her to sneak away in the middle of the night to observe the afore mentioned, but this wouldn't be Charlotte's first time!
Charlie loved her mother, her mother that had the strength to bring up both her and her older sister so wonderfully, all on her own. But this love wasn't going to stop her from pursuing her second affection: the love for adventure! Charlotte rather enjoyed her fruitful explorations. There was so much to see! So much to do!
The clearing was fast approaching and the filly's current train of thought was swept away by the wind and brushed through her mane. A small length away now... There! Charlotte skidded to a stop, sending turfs of grass flying down the slight slope that extended down unto the plains. She had no time to watch the stars, however, because a familiar mare was present! "Hello, miss!"
Carefully, the ebony filly made her way down to greet Selena once again.

Selena's thoughts about the twinkling stars and the little filly were interrupted by a snapped branch and a voice.
She looks around, searching for the voice. Something familiar in its happy notes. Then she spots it. The speaker. She can hardly see them though, their coat as black as the forset behind them. But she knows the speaker as soon as she sees the bright green eyes.
"Bandit!" She says excitedly before realizing that she still did not know the foal's true name. But it did not matter. Her little friend had come to see her. And right now that was all that mattered.
She ran to the little horse and snorted in greeting, blowing the black filly's mane from its eyes.

Charlotte stopped immediately and scrutinized the dark mare upon being called "Bandit", 'how does she know my secret name?' Then she sniffed, tossing her mane with high air. The filly was just about to interrogate Selena about her knowings of the Bandit's secret, but she decided against it.
Charlie was quick to pick up on the fact that this pale-haired, dark-complexioned mare might not have known her "codename", but instead gave her that nickname. But Selena appeared to be a thief, too! A bandit, a piece in the jigsaw puzzle of a huge, scheming gang or such. Her markings and clothing matched that of several other Soquili. So maybe... Maybe Charlotte could be included too!
Just the thought of climbing the ranks in an organization was exceedingly appealing to Charlie. The challenge was interesting, but then again, Charlotte was a strong, lone ranger. She was intelligent enough to work on her own. Sharing codenames, however, would be better than giving out her true identity, so Charlotte simply smirked, "how'd ya know my name?"

Selena cocked her head at the question.
"I don't. Thats why I nicknamed you, i hope you don't mind. You just fit the name so well!" She smiled.
"I hope your not offended at my calling you a bandit," she said quickly, truly hoping she had not hurt the pretty filly's feelings.
But the smile on the young mare's face showed her she hadn't. Selena was glad.
The little girl looked like she was thinking hard about something, she was also eying her handkerchief.
Selena narrowed her eyes and smiled slyly.
"Would you like to know why Im wearing this?" the question rolled off her tongue. Sucking the filly in.
Story time children.

Ugh. Didn't this mare know how to talk codenames? Charlotte rolled her eyes, keeping the quirky smirk plastered across her lips, "that's it. My real name is Bandit." Her verdant eyes portrayed no illusion in the words. Her true name was Bandit. It was the name splattered across the numerous stories etched into Charlie's memories.
Offended? Hah! As if being called a bandit was offensive. Quite the opposite for Charlotte! It was the greatest honor, assuming Selena herself was a thief of sorts. And like heck, Charlie fit the name! Dark in colours and super stealthy; a true bandit.
She hadn't realized that her eyes were intent on the dark mare's bandana. Her mother wore a bandana as well, an item Charlie hoped to attain in the near future. But this one almost seemed like - was it gang attire? Charlotte's eyes widened and she nodded at the mare's following question. Of course she wanted to know! But what a fool she thought Selena, for telling a young filly the secrets of an organization.

Selena smirked. Much easier than I thought it would be.
"Well than bandit, Ill tell you want it means."
She could read into the little filly's mind. She could tell the the little mare thought of her as foolish and easy to control.
And thats just what Selena wanted her to think...for now.
She didn't want to deceive the poor thing. She didn't want to lose her trust, if she ever had it. She had to keep herself under control. She had used this tactic on many different Soquili. Always to find out information or secrets. Even to black mail them later on. Sometimes working their mind so much that they snapped.
She didn't really know why she even wanted to 'tell' the filly anything. Perhaps just habit. But she also wanted to see her reaction, and gain her respect.
"Well, its a very big secret, so you must promise not to tell anyone." The filly nodded and rolled her eyes
"Ever since I was a little filly, barely out of my own basket, Ive always wanted to be a thief, a bandit, world domination, stealing, secret plans, the whole package."
She winked to create an atmosphere.
"Me and my sister, and three brothers all wished to join some kind of gang. And so, one day, we heard of a secret plan to form a team which would specialize in world domination. Team Rostet"
Selena went off with her story. telling the foal of how she and her siblings had to find many agents and evil Soquili to finally find the boss of the Rostet. Then, they were turned away because of their age. But they proved their worth by going on a mission.
She told of explosions, mazes, puzzles, traps, and secret plans. At the end of her story she looked the filly in the eye and asked.
"Would you like to go on a similar adventure with me?"
[sorry, my muse left half way through this, can you still work with it? DX]
