Selena watched as the strange two-leggers walked back and forth. Some carrying water, some logs, some riding on Soquili. She found it strange and confusing. Why only two legs? Aren't four better? She shook her head in confusion and decided to stop watching, in fear that she will give herself a head ache. She did not like solving problems or thinking about things she did not understand. She never had. She much rather preferred causing trouble and seeing the looks on elders' faces when she did something preposterous. They were always different, and always gave her much laughter. She wandered off into the dark forest, remembering some of the greatest pranks she had ever pulled. Also some of the amazing plans she and Kyle had come up with together. Good times good times. i need to see kyle sometime soon, that being thug must miss me,she thinks to herself.
Suddenly she bumps into a tree, bruising her nose. "Who put that there?!" She yelled in anger as her nose strated to swell. Then she noticed Glitch, and she stood in awe.

Glitch muttered to herself as she walked slowly along, two-legger's were boring, the other soquili.. well the simplest way for it to be put was tht they avoided her and her dirty mouth. She smirked slightly, thinking it over, what was wrong with sh*t, b*tch, and f*ck? They were just words after all, words could never cause any harm. She did make note not to use them in front of foals, but that was because she didn't want them to end up like her, alone.
She tended to scare people, with her strange looks and dark glare, but she was born that way and was comfortable with it. People claimed she was an anomaly, that was why her mother had named her Glitch. She didn't belong with the rest of the soquili.
She sneered, "what do those f*ckers know?" she muttered taking a glance up to see where he feet had carried her too. Just in time for her to witness some bubble head of a mare walk right into a tree, she snorted loudly, looking amused, something that rarely occurred.
"Nice job, b*tch," she snickered darkly before noticing her stare. "Something wrong with the way I f*cking look?" she raised an eyebrow, a look of irritation flashed across her face, always the same reaction.

Selena could not stop staring at the mare. Something crossed her mind. A single thought. Not a thought of loathing or fear or ugliness. This thought was unique. Something she had never felt. She felt a strong pulling towards this mare. Maybe she had also grown up alone, found by a passing two-legger? maybe she had no friends, just like her! Selena wanted to find out the mare's story. And now. She smiles a pure, friendly smile, also a first for her, and yelled at the top of her lungs. "You are so beautiful!"

Glitch frowned, furrowing her brow as she looked at the strange mare, she was surprised by her reaction, something must be wrong. "You got a problem with your eyes b*tch?" she raised an eyebrow, cocking her head slightly to the left as she eyed her. She stepped closer, to get a better look at this weird mare. "You must be f*cking blind, no one's that much of a dumb*ss to think I'm f*cking beautiful," she snorted, beginning to trot in a circle around the mare.
"Maybe you haven't gotten a sh*tty enough look at me," she murmured, "case you didn't f*cking notice, I look like a f*cking ghost." She sneered slightly, she didn't want to point out everything that was wrong with her to some bird brained mare. "And why the f*ck are you yelling anyway?"

Selena is surprised at all the mare's cursing. It didn't bother her. What really bothered her was the way all the other mares and stallions were so pure mouthed. There was nothing wrong with a curse thrown in once in a while. Sure the foal's are to never hear such language, but if its two adults. then why not.
This mare interested Selena so much. A real first for her, she usually found others boring and too simple. She wanted to learn this mare's story. She had a feeling it would be a good one.
"I have nothing wrong with my eyes actually, perfect 20/20." She said simply.
"I really do think you are beautiful, not only that, but unique also. Ive never seen anyone like you!" Then she frowns. "Why do you not think of yourself as pretty?"
She looks into the mares dark eyes. They had seen pain and judgment.
Do my eyes look like that too? Or even worse?
Selena smiled gently at the mare. "And there is nothing wrong with ghosts. Some can be your friends if you let them..."

Glitch snorted, shifting to eye this strange mare, she found what she was saying to be unbelievable. Was this mare trying to trick her? Trying to make her think she actually looked good so she could tear her down? She peered at her, "Then something is obviously f*cking flawed... were you dropped on your sh*tty head as a foal?"
She took a step forward towards the mare, "I won't buy into your f*cking lies b*tch, I've always been told that I'm a hideous f*cking freak, why should I think anything else?" She smirked slightly, raising an eyebrow, "Can't say I appreciate all your f*cking staring" she laughed, slowly circling. "Your not criticized about your f*cking appearance often, are you b*tch? Or maybe your just one of those goody goody b*stards"
"There is a reason people fear f*cking ghosts, you'd be wise to note that b*tch"

Oh the insults. 'Goody-two-shoes'? 'Dropped on her head as a foal'? 'F*ucking lies'?
What really boiled Selena's blood was her last sentence. "There is a reason people are afraid of ghosts."
She was never afraid. She found comfort in ghosts...maybe that was what had made her feel connected to this unique mare. Selena knew something was wrong. That something was troubling her, and it wasn't just the fact that others thought of her as ugly.
Selena knew this would not be easy. This mare obviously trusted very few, if anyone. But she remembered what she had said to her before. She hadn't wanted Selena to leave when she had threatened to. She obviously wasn't all independent bad*ss like she tried to make everyone think.
Selena could see that the mare wanted someone to talk to, someone to understand. Maybe she had not even realized it herself that she needed someone. But for some unknown reason, Selena wanted to help this beautiful mare.
She watched her slowly circle. She thought carefully about what she was going to say, she needed this mare to trust her in order to help her.
"The reason I don't fear ghosts," she whispers, "Is because Ive never had anyone else other than ghosts." She looked up. "And I believe its the same for you."

Glitch stared at her, unsure how to react, after all she had been expecting some form of rebuttal, some defense. Most soquili would have said something, she had expected the mare to retort with some b*tchy remark about how she was better, but it didn't come. Her eyelids drooped slowly, a rather cynical look on her face as she snorted. Was this mare concealing her true thoughts? Was this a vain attempt to make it seem like she was a better person?
But what dumbfounded Glitch even more was what she did respond to, she had used her threat and twisted it into some way to judge her, evaluate her, try to get closer. "Well perhaps you shouldn't f*cking assume things" she sneered, growing wary of this strange mare. "You know nothing about me, b*tch." Her eyes narrowed into slits, "and you knowing f*cking anything won't change things, besides I'm sure someone as 'nice' as you must have plenty of friends." She snapped, taking a step to the side, glowing eyes gazing upon this bizarre mare's form.

Selena giggled.
"Me? Nice? Right, right, now Ive heard everything."
No more nicey nicey Selena.
"Look here," she looked the pale mare in the eye, "I don't have friends, acquaintances, yes, but not friends. I trust no one. I never have, and I most likely never will. I don't really need any, all they do is hurt you in the end."
Now she began to circle.
"I am in no way the better person here, I have seen much and I just want you to see that you need, and want, someone to talk to. It may not be me, it may not be anyone. For all I know, it could be the tree I hit earlier." Now she stopped and stood perfectly in line with the mare. "You may not like me very much, many don't, but Im going to be to-the-point here. We are similar. And you are in no way stupid enough to not notice that."

A smirk flitted across Glitch's face, her head cocked slightly to the side. "Well at least your not as f*cking stupid as I thought," she sneered, growing increasingly irritated.
Rigth now she wished she was a skinwalker, that way she could rip the throat out of this mare. Who did she f*cking think she was? Acting so superior like she knew everything, like she knew something about her. No one knew anything about her other than herself and the idea of someone claiming they knew something about herself that she didn't enraged her.
"All living f*cking things are pieces of sh*t," she spat, glaring at the Selena. "Why in hell would I want to f*cking talk to someone?" She snorted, shaking her hair to get the hair out of her eyes, "In what way am I f*cking like you? Stupid b*tch, you shouldn't assume things," she smiled coldly as she filled with fury.

Selena tightened her circle. Almost like a lion stalking their prey. She glared. This was hard, a bit harder than she though it would have been. But she was used to hardships, and she knew how to crack the most air-tight minds. Though she had not used her skills in years, never having any use for them, she still had her edge.
"Living things are pathetic, they are weak, they are confused and stupid. They have their flaws, yes. You and me, we have our flaws, but we also have our minds. Our lives are pathetic and short, but if you just waste, what point is there to living at all in the first place?" The words come out of her mouth smoothly, sliding across her tongue. They almost sounded like a threat.
She stopped suddenly. Standing, facing the pale mare's left side, she stared her in the eye. "I have been through alot, life was never easy for me, and I don't want it to be. But my old life was like a ring of hell. And you can see the hardships I went through in my eyes. I can see someone screaming from deep inside in your eyes." She looked towards the horizon and her eyes softened. "I don't know why it bothers me so much that you don't want to talk about it. I never wanted to talk about it. But..." she hesitated. It was hard to speak her true emotions. Her mouth was use to keeping them locked up tight, where they would soon wither away. "I am involved now."

Her left leg twitched slightly as she turned to keep an eye on this insolent mare, what gave her the right to make such incredulous assumptions, let alone speak them?! "My, my..." she clucked her tongue against the roof of her mouth, "aren't you a presumptuous b*tch?" She narrowed her glowing eyes, hatred bubbling up inside her.
"You think I don't f*cking know that?!" A snarl erupted from deep within her throat, her hooves kicked up dust as she tried to resist the urge to release the anger. "You might f*cking think my sh*t of a life has been wasted, but I may not, perhaps you should choose your words more carefully, b*tch."
She spat the words out, entirely disgusted with the *sshole before her, she didn't need someone to tell her how to live her life, let alone to tell her what she was going through.
Glitch turned, lowering her head, slowly stepping towards the mare, glaring at her. "Screaming you f*cking say?" A smirk flickered across her face, "You have no idea how f*cking wrong you are. You say your sh*tty life was like hell? You want to really see f*cking hell?! Go ahead! Tell me what you see in my eyes!"
She snarled, breath quickening so that her body shook with the fury that was growing inside her. "There is nothing to f*cking talk about."

Selena's eyes were soft. Her voice was now gentle. For a long time she did not speak. It was not due to the threats, or the harsh language. It was because of Glitch's actions. Selena could see the hatred and fury within the mare. But was it all directed at her? Or was there something else? Something that made her want to scream and run and destroy everything in her path. Selena knew that this mare was almost interested in what Sel was saying. For if she was not, she would have already attacked, she would have not restrained that anger. Calm, be calm. Look into them. Deep, deep down into them. And what do you see Sel? What do you see...? It was her mother's voice. Her eyes widened in recognition and she bit her lip. But still had control over her mask. "I never said your life is being wasted. Im sure you have used it well, and you will use it well. What you chose to do with it is none of my business or something I can influence. I know that perfectly well." She sighed and looked at Glitch's mysterious, glowing eyes. And she did as her mother told her. She looked deep. She penetrated all the walls, and found a core. A source.
"One thing I see...is hatred. But for someone other than me...for yourself. Do you not like something about yourself?" Her legs tensed, ready for the next onslaught of anger.

Glitch was growing increasingly irritated with this mare, so much so that her body quivered with anger, the sections that faded into nothing changed in violent pixel-like motions. Her eye lids lowered, hiding the upper most part of her glowing eyes as she debated just walking away, just running till she forgot about the encounter, until her hooves had pounded her anger away into the earth. Her front legs crossed as she started to turn.
"Oh please..." she snickered, eyeing the mare. "You've gotta be f*cking kidding me, you stupid b*tch." She peered at her, "are you a f*cking hypocrite?" She raised an eyebrow, shaking her head slowly, her ears flicking back as she heard the next words.
"Oh hatred? F*cking really?" A strangled laugh erupted from her throat as she stopped halfway. "It doesn't take a sh*tty genius to figure that much crap out," she muttered, a smirk slowly spreading across her face. "Don't think I don't f*cking hate you b*tch," she snorted, "but your not the only one, every living being on this stupid sh*thole of a planet is deserving of my hatred." As she spoke her voice increased in volume, her body shuddering at the sound. "Your correct in that I dislike myself, but that's just because I try not to crush the f*cking skulls of those worthy of it."
With a snicker she started to walk away, eyes drifting shut.

Selena watched as the mare walked away. Her eyes clear and her body straightened, her head held high. A cold sweat ran down her back, she had not felt this way for such a long time. Fond memories of Team Rocket drifted though her mind. She gingerly turned on her hoof and walked in the other direction. She knew what she had been doing, and she hoped that it had gone through to the other mare. She stopped, looked up at the sky and burst out in strong laughter that rang through all the air. Then she bolted off into the forest, a smirk drawn over her face.
