It's all personal opinion and personal preference. For a 12 year old, that seems like a really big breast size, but there's not really anything you can do about it until you're older. That is, presuming they continue to get bigger. For example, I'm 19 and I'm a 36C, but I've been this size since I was in my mid-teens or so. If they keep growing into the D's or DD's, and want breast-reuction surgery, remember that you have to be a certain age before a doctor will perform breast-reduction surgery, and you also have to have a certain number of serious health problems before they will do the surgery (major back pain, migraines, curved spine/spine problems, etc).
To avoid people staring at your chest, if it bothers you that much, you might want to change how you dress. Don't wear really tight clothes, but don't wear anything really baggy either. Avoid horizontal stripes - I've heard they make people look heavier. And so on and so on. Learn to ignore what negative things people say about you, and get your boyfriend to do the same. Anyone who insults you or your boyfriend isn't worth your time.

It really depends on how your body grows. I was a C cup when I was 13, and now I'm a D cup, and they've stopped growing.
Don't worry about it too much right now.

That does sound big for you're age. You're growing. Diferent things are going to grow at different speeds. This could just be one of those times. I'm not sure what you'de do though, sorry.

My cousin was a D when she was 12. :3 It's odd, but not totally unheard of. Plus, it'll be perfectly normal in a year or two. ^-^

I don't think there is such a thing as too big or too small. They simply are what they are. It's not your fault that they may be larger then other girls your age. If they start causing you medical problems in the future you can think about reduction surgery but until then just be happy to know that they really are all jealous.

I agree with Chalda. There is no perfect size, or no right or wrong size. Alot of girls are going to be jealous for you, so I would enjoy it. And like Nikolita said, if you don't want people staring, change your dress style appropriately.

Meh, I think I was around that size when I was that old...
Haha, I'm now either a 34 D or a 34 DD.
If it really bothers you, you could start wearing baggy shirts to hide the fact that you have larger breasts. Although, I am sure there are plenty of girls would want breasts like that!!

Unless you are having back pains and such, all I can really tell you is that it's a lot better than being completly flat-chested until you are 15 crying

It all depends on how you feel. Personally, I think it matters on body type whether or not they're too big.
Someone whose a petite size...your size breast (to me) seem big. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them.
I'm not a toothpick, I've got some meat on my but I also have curves. I wear a 36 C and people find mine big for my size.
I know a customer of mine who has a daughter who is a TOOTHPICK with DDs. No joke. Now HERS are too big and she's getting a breast reduction. She doesn't want them, but that's how she feels.
If you find that your breast seem too big then you may want to try wearing shirts and help make them look smaller. If its a real concern, you might want to see about a reduction, though I don't suggest it just yet.
Kids are mean and when a girl's rack seem big, she's going to get a lot of grief. Everyone is going to say that the man she's with is all thanks to her boobs, but that's not always true. If you trust your guy then it shouldn't be an issue. Be proud of what God gave you (just don't go and try wearing too shirts that make them pop).

She's mad because we all celebrated when her mom told us she's in nearly b's. Believe it or not, we were sincere that we were happy for her.

Why is it that my genes suck so damn much?
It's not fair! Kids these days are huge, and I'm still non-existent. gonk
Why couldn't I have been born like... five years later?
Just do what every one else sad.

There is no to big or to small breasts. Chances are you could grow into them more when you're older. Unless you're having back or neck pains I'd say make the best of what you have. If you are uncomfortable see your doctor. It can be a big problem in the long term.

Why couldn't I have been born like... five years later? Many years ago, when this mattered to me, some classmates were Cs and Ds (one was an F) and then there were the majority of us, stuck between B and not-even-A. Eventually it'll even out. If you find your breasts are growing a lot and really fast, see your doctor. Unless it's unhealthy, however, I wouldn't suggest a breast reduction (or even considering one) until you're 18ish and stop growing. 20 would be better, but having known some girls with enormous breasts at young ages, I can understand.
