Or at least any money someone would lend me to buy ammo. I'm thinking of calling my grandmother to do some work for her and go back up and buy the last box. She'd have to drive me, though. I love being great friends with the owner of the shop. I get the best deals. The box is marked $31.95, he sold it to me for $30 flat, and then wouldn't take my money when I went to buy a couple sets of disposable earplugs.

Yeah, I like it when dealers are friendly or need to get rid of s**t. This guy had 3 stripper clips for the k31 sitting out and was selling them for... $15? Anyway, I asked if he could do better, so I got the clips and the muzzle protector for the k31 for $15 or 20, a good deal considering the cap alone is $10 +S&H, and the clips go for ~$5+ +S&H on eBay. Also the bag he handed me had 5 or 6 of the clips in it. biggrin Also got a Russian SKS pouch for $10 or $15 Too bad though, he had a fat .50 cal can of surplus .303 British but the guy ahead of me bought it all. sad A good deal too. $10 a box. Although when the guy bought the whole can he said he could do a bit less. gonk If I could have ONLY sold my SKS sooner.

My grandpa used to have a couple of .30 carbine pistols, but he traded them for a load of bricks. D:

He should have kept them. .30 carbine pistols are extremely rare now and possibly worth a TON. Much more than a laod of bricks, anyway.
