Update: Even though no one posted recently, I don't plan to continue this contest, so I'm locking this thread.

Introduction:
This is a contest where you use a random number generator (RNG) to win gold and various prizes. You generate a random number between 1 and 10,000. You can keep playing as much as you want, and other than the short posting cooldown imposed by Gaia, you can generate one number after another without waiting, and you can get another prize. Even if you already won a prize, you can always receive more, so as long as you keep playing, there is no real limit to the number of prizes you can receive.
I'll check through the posts periodically and send out prizes when I see a winning post, but I don't always check back that frequently, so if you want to claim a prize, you can also quote or PM me.
If you want to know whether you got a winning number or not, check the Prizes section, and see if the number is within one of the sections listed. If the number you got isn't within one of the ranges listed below, you didn't win anything that time.
Note: Even if you memorize which numbers give out prizes, I may change the numbers or prizes at any time. I plan to post an update whenever I make a number change so it'll be harder to miss.
Rules:
1. If you want your numbers to be valid, the numbers must be between 1 and 10,000. When typing in the number 10,000 for the generator, you should not include the comma. If you do, it will interpret it as a 10, even if the post still says 10,000 (it should look like 10000, and not 10,000). If you include the comma, the number you generated will automatically be invalid.
2. You must have the winning post to get your prize. If you want the prize, make sure not to delete your winning post. A screenshot alone won't count*, because (at least with my level of graphic editing skills) they can be easily falsified.
*I may make an exception if I suspect foul play, such as someone other than you deleting your posts. This should be highly unlikely, but I'll take measures to fix it if it should occur.
How to play:
1. Click on the Post Reply button.
2. Click on the Post Action dropdown menu, and select Random Number.
3. In the first blank spot (left of "lowest"), put in 1. In the second blank spot (left of "highest"), put in 10000 (10,000 with no comma, or it will interpret it as 10 instead).
4. You will also need to type in something, such as a message, an emoticon, punctuation, etc., before clicking Submit, or it won't work.
5. Check the Prizes section below if you want to see whether the number you got is in a winning range.
6. If you won, you should either quote or PM me. If you lost, you'll need to post again if you want to win a prize.
Prizes:
Gold Prize: The gold prizes will be given as Mythrill Coins so they can be gifted. The value of the coins I give out can be either 100 million, 250 million, 500 million, 1 billion, or 10 billion gold, which corresponds to most of the predetermined amounts that are available in Mythrill Coin form. To get the gold, just select the Mythrill Coin, click Sell Item, and you'll get the full value listed on the Mythrill Coin.
Were-Item Prize: An undetermined Were-Item of my choice, worth more than 500 million gold in the Marketplace.* If the number hit is 1111, it will be a Were-Item worth more than 5 billion gold.
Secret Prize: An undetermined item of my choice, worth more than 5 billion gold in the Marketplace.* If the number hit is 1111, it will be a Were-Item worth more than 5 billion gold.
Grand Prize: An undetermined item of my choice, worth more than 10 billion gold in the Marketplace.*

*Marketplace prices can fluctuate rapidly, and there's always a chance that the price of any item prizes I give out can drop suddenly, and be less than the specified "worth more than X gold in the Marketplace." I check the items carefully, and aim for ones that look more stable and are not obviously hiked up to a temporary inflated price. I only gift the items that I believe can safely be sold at the targeted price in the Marketplace at the time.
Of course, you also have no obligation to sell the item at all, and can just opt to keep it. cat_razz
