Yes, so, as a few of you know, I went to Portland for the weekend to see...
dun dun dun...
The Kamikaze Girls, or as I prefer to call it, Shimotsuma Story! And it was the best movie ever! All of you guys are going to have to borrow it when I get it. It's so funny, and the clothes in there are so pretty *ubersqueal* So much Baby the Stars Shine Bright dresses... @_@ heart heart
Anyway, one of my favorite parts is the part where Ichiko sticks a cigarette up her nose and tries to light it. surprised And the part where Momoko's feeling down about doing the embriodery for BtSSB, and Ichiko tells her that if she doesn't do it, they'll all end up shopping at Jusco. gonk

I love the part when Momoko faints in the BtSSB shop from seeing the designer. Then Ichigo glances up and dives down the stairs, elbows the designer out of the way, where he flys pell-mell into a stack of boxes and then dashes to Momoko's aid...who is fine by the way. xd

I know this is off-topic, but it's the closest thing to a movie thread that people actually post in. Anyways, I just got back from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as Mask and Emiri well know, since we ran into them there. There are a million words to describe it, but none of them do it justice. Still, I feel I need to say something about it, and this is it:
It was bloody brilliant!
Those who haven't seen it yet, go see it. Now. I mean it, stand up at your computer this very second, get on a bus, train, violent pony or broomstick, and drive/ride/fly to your nearest movie theater. Buy a ticket for the earliest possible showing, all the while cheering like a madman and earning suspicious stares from your fellow movie-goers. Still, who cares? Just tell 'em you're here to see 'arry Potter and they'll understand. So, what are you waiting for? Stop listening to me babble and go see the damn movie!
[It was amazing! Absolutely bloody brilliant! I swear, that was the best HP movie yet! Dumbledore's acting was a little weak, but Voldemort was...creepy and twisted. In other words, perfect. Still, my favorite scene was when the giant penguin mauled Harry. I always knew it would happen...xD (You have to agree, a HP move that doesn't involve a giant penguin isn't a true Harry Potter movie, am I right?) Well, enough random side talk on my part. If you're still here, go see the bloody movie already!]
