The mods have not been a help at all. I'm yet to hear back about my report I lodged a few days back and any PMs to mods has been replied with a vague, generic answer to fill out a report even though a) I have and b) the question has nothing to do with it.
I'll post up one here to give you an amazing example of the lengths the gaia mods go to.

My main account =The.One.With.Wings= was recently hacked, and it seems the items may of already been traded off and sold by an exchanger. I was wondering if you were able to look inside the account and find out for me whats still on it, because as far as i know items that are equipped cannot be traded or given away unless taken off.

Did you even READ the question? For one, I have filled out a hack report but haven't heard a thing in response, I am considering writing another.
Two, the questioin was:
Someone has hacked my account and appears to have sold items on the exchange BUT they are still appearing on the avi. Could you look in the inventory and see if the items are there?
As you see the answer you gave is quite irrelevant, and is the epitomy of what has become of Gaia mods, rude, uncaring individuals who seem to just give robot responses. Could you please CAREFULLY read this and then reply with something a little more useful? As far as I'm aware it is impossible to trade items that are still being worn, thus why I have asked the above question.
