The sun was shining and the sky was a bright blue, with a few clouds throughout. They were the good clouds, bright and fluffly and white. A light breeze blew through the air as Orange brought her Datsi, Dottie to the park.
"What time is your friend coming?" She asked, looking down at Dottie.
He looked around, seeming excited. "I don't know, but she said she was coming...do you have the food? Please, /please/ tell me you brought the pies? They look like mud...Roxxy /loves/ mud!"
Orange laughed. "Yes, Dottie I made the pies. Why don't you go wait for her in the parking lot or by the parking lot? I don't want you to get hurt."
The Datsi nodded. "Okay! I hope she likes the picnic..." He licked Orange's hand then ran to go wait for Roxxy...

Roxxy bounced slowly alongside Ever giggling softly. "You walk so slow~ I want to see him!"
Ever looked down at the Datsi shaking her head "Than you run ahead of me. I'll make it there eventually."
Roxxy frowned "I'm mess up my fur if I run, you know that, but you still walk slow!" she quickened her pace a bit making it up to the parking lot seeing Dottie's larger form waiting on her. She giggled running up to Dottie "Hiiii~"

Dottie smiled brightly, half bounding over to her. "Hey! Um, how are you today?"
Orange watched from the tree, wearing a little smile. Her little baby was all grown up. It was so cute.

"I, uh, I'm good~ And you??" Roxxy smiled brightly touching her nose to his gently in a greeting.
Ever laughed watching the two Datsis. She couldn't help, it was the same as humans on a first date.

The Datsi looked both happy and shy, smiling even more. "I'm really good. Orange, she made us pies...chocolate ones..." He looked at the ground, then back to Roxxy. "They look like mud!"

Roxxy giggled turning to find Ever "I just hope they don't taste like it, ew" she stuck her tongue out. "Can we go up? She'll catch up eventually" swishing her tail towards Ever's silhouette.

Dottie nodded. "Do you want to eat first, or do you want to play first? Orange said that either would work...and we have some sand toys...Orange showed me how to make a castle. Maybe me and you could make one together?"

Roxxy looked down at her stomach making a face. "Food first please, it's been a while since breakfast"she blushed looking up at the bright noon sky. "We'll build a huge castle afterward."

Dottie smiled and nodded, moving closer to Roxxy and nuzzling her for a moment before quickly moving away and nodding to the picnic blanket. "Follow me, okay?"
He turned and began walking.

Roxxy blushed nodding following Dottie. She wasn't sure now if she could eat with the butterflies that had just invaded her stomach. "W-what all do we have to eat? Other than the pies of course"

"We have lots of things. I made Orange pack sandwiches...and chicken...and...hmm..." He frowned slightly, thinking. "Well, I don't remember what else. She did all of the food things. I just...I helped make the pies!"

"Heh, well I bet it'll all be good~" she smiled tripping over a rock rolling and falling flat on her face.

Dottie looked down at her and couldn't help but release a giggle. "Roxxy...? You okay? Do you..." He blushed. "Do you need help walking?"

Roxxy looked up at Dottie little stars surrounding him in her vision. "Yes please" she mumbled working her way up to her feet again. "I'm fine Mr Cutie, just a lean please" she giggled shaking herself.

The datsi laughed at this. "Mr. Cutie? Roxxy...are you okay?" He asked again, moving and nuzzling the other, before moving so she could lean against him.
"Did you hit your head really hard?"
