-Summoning Scroll-
In the World there exist ancient creatures, animals, beasts far stronger and wiser than any human. These creatures of Incredible power may lend their strength to those Shinobi they find worthy, thus letting these Shinobi summon them up during battle. These are what we call Summoning Creatures. To gain their power you must embark on a mission to the creature's shrine and complete the quest imposed by the creature.
Before you can gain their power you must first meet some preliminary requirements.

-Requirements-
Requirements - You must be Level 8 - You cannot own a Pet Partner - You must get your summoning request approved and have the first creature completed with stats, techniques and all other items. - If you are not in the owner of a clan, you must have approval from the clan owner.
Once you meet these requirements, you must PM Baylueras and meet the roleplaying requirements.
Roleplay Requirements - Confront Scroll Holder and Learn about Scrolls - Receive Mission to Travel to Shrine - Complete Creature Trial - Return to Shimagakure and Learn Summoning Technique from Tomoko

Making the Scroll
To create your creatures is much like creating a character. However, since summons are meant to be more powerful than normal characters, the distribution is a little different along with levels. If you want a certain skill for your summons that doesn't already exist in the list, PM Baylueras for permission to have it. You must pick out an already existing skill to be its counter.
Techniques You are to create new techniques that are specific to your creature. They can not already be pre-existing techniques listed in the technique list. These creatures can not use human techniques or normal animal techniques. Post the technique approval thread to get your technique approved for your summon.
Special Rules - Your summons can NOT regain hp or cp while in this world. Healing methods from medical ninjas will not work on these creatures. - Once they have 10% health left, the creature will go back to their world. - If they die in this world, they are permanently gone. -In order to summon an animal, you must pay chakra and meet the handle animal requirement to summon them. Some animals will have a test. This is all determined by your mission to the shrine. - There can only be two contract holders per scroll.
Level One: 30 Cp Cost Requirement: Handle Animal 10 Abilities: 12 Base Points and 30 Distribution Skills: 10 Base and 50 + Intel mod HP: 30 + Endurance Modifier CP: 50 + Chakra Modifier Techniques: 1 Special: You may summon up to 3 of this level.

If they sense their lives are in danger, they disappear. They are curious beings and enjoy quiet areas. It takes a lot for them to fight, so they prefer to be used as scouts.

Jutsus: Size Shrink Technique Monkmon can shrink her size in order to get into tough spaces. She can get small enough to fit through a key hole, but she cannot increase her size. Since the technique makes the monkey smaller, she is harder to see. However, she cannot grow bigger. Cp Cost: -10 + 5 per downsizing. Jutsus: Cloud of Nimbus Yoko, with her unique chakra, is able to create a sturdy cloud that is able to carry its rider to unimaginable heights. However, the Nimbus will only carry the contractor, Yoko and Monkmon. Only Yoko can control where Nimbus flies. Cp cost: 40 + 1 per holding post Special: + 30 to Escape, + 40 to Sprint Monkey Web A trap that Yoko uses when trying to escape. The trap shoots out from her mouth. The saliva from her mouth is stringy an sticky. If you're caught in it you cannot esape. The saliva does not burn since it hardens quickly. Once hardened the saliva can be broken. CP: 40 Use: 1d20 + Ninjutsu + Trap Bonus To Avoid: Dodge To break free: 1d20 + Str + Escape.

He's also quite the idiot when it comes to plans and talking. He stumbles on his words left and right. He would remind you of a bully from school or a police officer with a stick up his a**. Ishikawa hates being in the human dimension and doesn't like to speak with them at all. It takes alot to gain his respect and trust. If you're not his friend, he will kick you in the butt just to make fun of you.

Jutsus: two left Needle Monkey Hair Ishikawa's blood carries a deadly poison in it. Anyone who bites him will be poisoned and sent to death within time. The peircings and needles in Ishikawa's skin are not just for show. He uses them in a technique. Ishikawa puffs up his body and released chakra from his muscles in small rapid bursts. The chakra blows off the needles in his skin. Ishikawa can't control their aim, but he can control the direction in which they're aimed. Cp Cost: 100 + 1 Per Needle (+10 Needle max attack) Damage: 50 + 35 for 4 posts. Special: -35 to STR, END and per post poison is in body (4 post max). Fortitude roll against Ninjutsu will save the target half damage. Attack: 1d20 + Ninjutsu 250
