After nine years together, we are finally tying the knot. We are escaping to the White Mountains of New Hampshire where there is no loud thumping boomboxes, no loud pipes or exhausts, no loud music, neighbors or kids... just a secluded tranquil area that makes it so hard to leave when its done and over with.

We planned the meal and the wedding cake together - which was so nice to share with him.

Friday - work gave me the day off so I could go up early and cook, bake, prepare everything... Its going to be small.. about 20 people total, but that is fine... small and simple!

Congrats! Small weddings are romantic and intimate. So much easier to enjoy and relax. Mine was 25 people total including the Wedding party. I don't regret that decision at all and it was PERFECT. xd Your plans sound absolutely heavenly. Fill us in on everything when you get back. xd

definitely NOT a church -

We packed up the vehicles last night - once I get out of work - will come home, pack up the frozen meats, a few refrigerated items, hit the grocery stores for the last of what I need and then we are headed up north - The stores wont be busy which is great - I can get in and get out.

Its a good 75-90 minute drive up north
