This is really good though it sounds just okay. Big tip though longer it simmer better it taste.

This is just a family recipie we don't use measurements just an estimation.
chicken broth(can use water but not as flavorful)
leaks(they are like onions)
potatoes(mini ones are my fav or just cut into small pieces about 2 inch cubes)

Put chicken broth in a pot that is about twice as big as asmuch broth you want to put in. Next put in about 1/4 the amount worth of broth in except with potatoes. Then cut leaks to desired size and add in about half the amout you put in of potatoes...let simmer at a lo med temp for as long as you can stand then make sure you heat it up to an eating temp before serving...
