I have this 'daily mood chart' that I have to use to keep track of my moods.
Basically, I just check off the boxes describing how I felt that day.
(Mania [Severe/Moderate/Mild], Stable, Depression [Mild/Moderate/Severe], Anxiety, and Irritability).
I also have to record how many hours I slept that night.
I noticed that on days where I get less than five hours of sleep, my mood is relatively stable.
Except sometimes my parents do something and I get really irritable, but whatever.
The only problem is,
if I start staying up really late and my dad catches me or finds out, he's going to accuse me of being on drugs again.

That's what happened last time.
I'm surprised he didn't make me take a home-drug test.
I almost wish he had so he would see that I don't do drugs D<

I used to have to record everything I ate, and how long I slept. neutral My mom accuses me of being on drugs all the time.

Seem's like like non-Drug user's get accused more than the actually drug users. neutral

At school if we want to do sports or be in a club, or even be able to DRIVE to school, we have to sign a form that allows them to randomly drug test us.
And it's ALWAYS the kids that don't do drugs. neutral

 Apparently I look like someone that does drugs, people at school never believed me when I denied it. Also, I have had multiple strangers come up to me in public and ask if I have a cigarette/light.

Strangers ask me if I have cigarettes on me all the time, apparently I look 18, and like I smoke?

And I also get randomly really really hyper and energetic.
So that doesn't really help.

But you know there are lots of people who you'd never think would do drugs that actually do.
Like at my school there a lots of nerdy kids who do drugs pretty often,
Plus the people who are supposedly "Gangster" they usually only smoke if not they're straight edge, So it's kinda confusing some time's, cause finding a dealer can be pretty random sometimes.
Plus for smoking if you hang out in a group of smokers your obviously gonna be expected to smoke, like all my friends smoke and I'm always asked for smokes and when I say I don't smoke everyone is always really surprised. xd
So I think teacher's know to suspect the people who you'd never think would do them.
But I find it really annoying if you encounter one of those people who really believe you have smokes or drugs and get all mad when you say you don't.
