Appearance: 
Bloom has an average build but has a move curvy top than waist. She has pitch black hair with bangs over her face with the fringe pulled into tied into a bow with a crimson ribbon. The rest hangs out to her knees. Her eyes are a blood red as well. She wears a sleevless, blood red kimono with a netted shirt underneath. It is outlined with black and ends a bit before mid thigh. Her obi is crimson held by a red ribbon with gold orbs under the bow. A blood red cloth in wrapped around her leg that holds a kunai for extra protection should she lose or not have her zanpaktou by her side. She wears red souled sandles that have black platforms and straps. She had long, blood red, loose sleeves tied to her mid upper arm held by a black ribbion. The ends of the sleeves fall down to the ground and the sleeve itself hangs a bit past her hands. Under the sleeves she has netter fingerless gloves that nearly reach her elbow.
Personality: She's one of those people that believe working together and being one will gain you great leaps in things you do. She's always been one to put others' problems and issues in front of her own. Though she loves to give other's advice or just talk to them about their day. Though she isn't all sweet and nice. To those she must fight she's the one who will fight in the front line if she can to help protect those dear to her. She can get a little of an anger problem if she sees her squad members being injured or killed by hollows or Arrancar. She'll usually rush into them and strike wildly but still keep a piece of mind to not get herself needlessly injured.
Bio: She doesn't remeber her past life at all but she doesn't focus on it but rather the future that has been given to her. She can remember that she had awoken in a village in the Rukongai. Living in fear nearby day by day worrying if she would even surrvive to the next day she wanted a stop to it. Then she would practice her spiritual powers and physical training to be able to one day join the shinigami academy. About a year or two later she was able to join. She learned that she was rather good in Kido and Kendo. There she spent the next seven years perfecting her Kido and enhancing her Kendo. She easily admitts that she doesn't deem herself the best in either field no matter what those around her say.
It was from there that she joined the 5th division. She stayed there growing and learning more and more. Then one day when the current liutenant had been killed in battle the captain asked her to take his place. Stunned from shock she didn't know what to say and tried to say there were others better tha her to choose from. But the captain wouldn't hear about it and evenutally Bloom nodded accepting the job. Yet another twenty years went by before the captain was considering about going into retirement after being in the spot for so long. Bloom tried to encourage her to stay but it was to no avail and then taking the captain's test Bloom became the new captain to the 5th division. She's ruled there for so many years as a peaceful and loving captain. Those who work under her never find a problem in talking with her from everyday things to troubles in their life since Bloom will always listen. It is her belief that to have loyal and faithful people under one's self then they should all make them feel as though they are one big family that can share their problems or worrys with anyone.

Shikai appearance: 
Shikai attacks: Her sword is able to send streams of flames that look like snakes towards the enemy. If she's able to she can control the direction they go as well as if they could be alive themselves. Also she can make the sword cover itself in a flame making it easier for herself allowing herself to fight faster.
Bankai release phrase: Blaze into a furry, Hihebi Bureza (Flaming Snake Blazer)
Bankai appearance: 
Bankai attacks: Her scythe can send anything with fire from jets of fire to something simple to balls of fire. However it does do something special. It's able to split apart and become many crimson snakes that are made of snakes themselves. They can range in numbers of just twenty or even forty if she has the reiatsu. However to maintain bankai one of them has to stay by herself to be able to change back into the scythe. They can be send to surround the enemy or just randomly attack. Also they can grow devilish looking wings to allow them to follow enemies into the sky ir attack from the sky creating a tough spot for her opponents to get out of.
Hado: 1. Shō (衝, Thrust) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) - The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.
11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Reading Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.
31. Shakkahō (赤火砲, Shot of Red Fire) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
33. Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
54. Haien (廃炎, Abolishing Flames) — Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
58. Tenran (闐嵐, Orchid Sky) - A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target.
63. Raikōhō (雷吼炮, Thunder Roar Cannon) — Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
63. Sōren Sōkatsui (双蓮蒼火墜, Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety..

88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) — Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion.
90. Kurohitsugi (黒棺, Black Coffin) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
Bakudo: 1. Sai (塞, Restrain) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Seki (斥, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
9. Geki (撃, Strike) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
30. Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Stab Triple Beam) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.
37. Tsuriboshi (吊星, Suspending Star) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
39. Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) — Summons a shield of condensed Reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
61. Rikujōkōrō (六杖光牢, Six Rods Prison of Light) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place.
73. Tozansho - Creates a pyramid-shaped barrier around the caster.
75. Gochūtekkan (五柱鉄貫, Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: "Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end."
77. Tenteikūra (天挺空羅, Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air) — Transmits messages to anyone within Soul Society. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages.
Accessories: When she goes off to fight she'll always bring a pouch of kunai and other small weapons or things she could use in battle.
Abilities: She is very skilled in Kido able to preform spells in both Hado and Bakudo without incantations until around the 70th level.
