To be promoted in ranks I need to judge your Roleplay style and grammatical prowess. I don't like people who can't spell believe.
Here's how I will jude you.

For instance/example:
Aro looked the man directly in the eyes. The man was no longer with them. His eyes were just dark pools now. His body almost lifeless being pulled on by strings.
"How unfortunate. I had high hopes for you."
A woman stood behind the husk of a man. She was eerily pretty with blonde hair. She seemed almost perfect except for the menacing grin which stretched from one ear to the other.
"Well you were a great teacher I must give you that master but your methods were incomplete and insufficient for my needs."
Aro chuckled. He had taught her all he knew and more. She was a perfect student which explains her current state. She was mad with power and he knew something must be done. It was his fault for letting it get out of hand. He wanted her to trust him which became his down fall as she betrayed him only moments ago.
"I'm sorry it has to end like this Akiko."
He drew his sword.
"Like the moon over the effervescent pond, Shine Harrikikun!"
His swords metal peeled off the blade revealing a crystal interior which took the form of the original blade.
"Master you can't be serious with that blade again."
"I've never actually showed you it's true power."
The girl looked stunned. She had seen the Captain's shikkai before and thought it was only made into a harder substance.
Before she could think he was already in front of her. He swung his blade and it hit hers. The zanpaktous collided and a soft ringing could be heard. Aro smiled.
"Harikikkun. Crystal Mirror. It has the ability to replicate another zanpaktou's abilities. And use it to it's advantage. Harichikara!"
The sword's form seemed to change instantaneously into her sword shape but kept it's crystallized form. The captain flash stepped away.
"Now to show my swords full shikkai power!"
He raised his sword aimed for the attack.
