other hunters did one of these: never used pet, didnt maximize shot rotation, arrogant and foolish, wiped the raid because of misclicked misdirection, told you what to do even though you were class leader for a major raiding guild?

because that irritated me even when i was just raiding as a secondary hunter for our guild, i always listened and followed directions and sometimes gave good advice. When i became class leader i rarely wanted more than 1 reliable hunter because there were soo many that were arrogant and foolish.

Honestly, all of those thing could be asked for any classes out there.

Also, who wouldn't get frustrated by those kinds of people? Well, aside from, you know, a saint. rolleyes

I have a Hunter as an alt. They're allright, just annoying to keep the pets fed and make sure you have ammo stocked up.

yeah I had to worry about that on my hunter alt as well. Though thanks to the changes in how arrows stack, you can now get a lot more of them while using a regular bag. also, there's a pet talent (I think?) that makes it so that when they crit or do damage or whatever (I forget), their happiness increases by 5%. basically makes it so you don't need food for them. Though I use King Bangalash for my hunter's pet so I dunno if it's the same for other pets... ._.

I don't play hunter but my worst hunter experience was in a heroic HoL with this idiot BM hunter who seriously brought a MULGORE WOLF to the group and thought he was SUPER cool for leveling his pet in the dungeon with us. He also failed to break 1100 dps on the first boss, so I left. >.>;;

I have a hunter alt too.

What I hate the most is hunters who's pet agroes crap in raids because they don't know how to put it on defensive or passive.

Also, for the opposite faction on Pvp servers: if oyu see an enemy hunter, kill its pet and walk away. It just creates a minor inconvenience for them while they scratch their head as to why you didn't kill them too.
