Ferals Ferals is a gang dedicated on the shadier shade of business, everything aimed at the growth of income rather than more power around the turf. Naturally the gang holds an area in the shadier side of TranCity to have a market in, but mainly they avoid confrontation with the law or other gangs. As a member of the Freemen League they follow by its rules and respect other League members to a limit. Ferals aren't among the largest, most powerful or most vicious of gangs or other unions, but they are rich. Having customers all around the TranCity they hold access to almost everything imaginable and trade with everyone considered safe to deal with. If we don't have it or can't get it, don't bother.

Ferals' organization
Ferals is organized into a loose militaristic hierarchy to prevent authority-issues among members. Gang leader is addressed as Boss or Captain, and only lieutenants and sergeants are allowed to discuss directly with him.
Ranks are as follow:
Boss or Captain: The leader, main judge and controller of the whole gang. Rank currently held by Silas Artemis Sparrow, the maker of the gang.
Lieutenant: The leader of his branch, be it either Dealings or Operations. He leads the branch and decides on everyday issues, leaving larger decisions to captain. Is responsible to gang leader and works as his second-in-command and advisor.
There are currently two lieutenants, both leading their own branch.
Sergeant: Trustworthy members of a branch are erected to sergeants. They are responsible to branch leader and advise him on branch-matters. Dealings branch gives sergeants an area of TranCity to look after, while Operations branch gives them a group of soldiers to lead.
Corporal: Loyal Ferals member who is allotted a block to lead or a small group of soldiers. Responsible to sergeants and allowed only the knowledge needed to run the given responsibility.
Member/Soldier: Either a warrior of the gang or a dealer on the street. They know very little and usually deal with the corporal. Probably don't even know the other members on their area.

The Branches
Ferals is formed into two, both having their own area of expertise and knowledge. Only the lieutenants and captain have full information on both branches' members and workings.
Dealing Branch
Lieutenant:
Sergeant: Ishii Fujishiro
Sergeant:
This branch is formed of drug-dealers, couriers, in-buyers, snitches, pimps, smugglers, bush-doctors and other money-makers. This branch is Ferals in a nutshell. They make money, provide material to the Operations branch and buy necessary items to sell onward or enhance the gang. They hold a strong presence in the Biosphere, where the local farmers sell their products to gain a bit more than they would when selling to the Agro. If you want a share, you should hook up with the Dealing.
Operation Branch

Sergeant: Peter Ikuza

When talks are talked, it is time to whip out the guns. Operation is formed of soldiers, assassins, poisoners and other people who are meant to enforce rather than trade. If Dealing have a problem they can't solve, maybe a hit-and-run group of soldiers or a plasma dagger will do the job.
Operation is fully dependant on the Dealing, as it doesn't have open access to the markets. They are supplied and fed by the Dealing.
The Operation also defends the Ferals-held area in TranCity and offer henchmen for the traders.

How to Join or Trade?To trade with the gang just drop a PM or RP a situation and maybe we could benefit from each other. Your offerings will be used to trade with other members of the guild or have more profit in TranCity storyline, so pay care before selling/buying. We will not give your RPC/NPC information to outside parties or turn you in for shady dealings. Joining process, on the other hand, needs an application. If you want to secretly join, send a PM to gang lieutenant or captain. Open applications can be left in this thread, where they will be either accepted or rejected. Multiple tries are allowed, should you not pass the first time you try. Please fill out this form if you want to join. NPCs are allowed, altough they won't be accepted to a higher rank than Corporal. If you are accepted, you will have a rank and access to the equipment you might need in your trade. You are expected to fill out the role, otherwise your character will be dealt with.

Im currently petitioning for a more violent aproach. So we can over take some of the smaller gangs on the ship. Do you agree?

Expanding business by taking over smaller gangs? We'd lose customers that way and Ferals don't have enough manpower to destruct the gangs.
If we'd get them voluntarily, that would be a completely different matter.

That is one of the reasons I am having Ferals be around here and there and being useful to every faction profitable enough. I don't want unnecessary attention, it is ruining the business.

Accepted. You'll be a sergeant of Dealing and have access to Ferals accounting. If you manage to RP-negotiate profitable deals with rival gangs or corporations expect a share of the profit made from them.
I'll reserve the right to demote you to Corporal due to gang RP rules should you not make this a RPC. You'll still get right for profit from deals made for Ferals.
