 The former registration booth has now been converted into a tent that holds information regarding the progress of the tournament.
A volunteer from the community has been recruited to act as a host for the event. Just send them a PM if you have any questions:

Tsukishiro finally arrived at the booth, giving the lady clerk a sweet salute. It seemed to have eased down her stress levels. He made his way to the desk underneath a small tent that was set up to manage the paperwork. There were a lot of civilians there who were wishing to join, but couldn't because sadly, they did not meet the health requirements.
He sighed, "This is going to be a boring day of work," complained the blond haired boy.

"Thank you for participating," he said, before noticing that the paper he held was of Tsuki's. He smiled, then, placed the paper on the files at "T" - which was empty until just now. He then wanted to call her out her name, but the CROWD((Woop-die-doo... I hoped that there'd be one.)) seemed to be too insistent on participating. He merely smiled at them and repeatedly said the same answer to the same questions over and over again, to different persons per time.

Making his way to the booth Shikari nearly ran into it, but stopped himself as he noticed his brother. Seeing his brother fill out the form he smiled as he took a form himself and signed it as well. He enjoyed fights, and if he did win he could probably win some good things. Though, he knew that if he lost that there was always next time anyway. He just liked the fighting for fun.

"I'll leave the rest to you," he said, before turning away and disappearing into the sea of people. With six participants now, he worried a little less.

Tsuki smiled at T.K. then went to take a seat. She whistled on her way then sat down once infront of a nice shady tree. Tsuki made herself comfy and watched the other Whisperers sign up.

After having signed up he smiled a bit, but now he had no idea what to do. Looking about the place he didn't know what he could do around here, but then he noticed Tsuki sitting under a tree and smiled. "Hey Tsuki!" He said as he smiled a bit as he came up to her. "Did you join the tournament too?" Shikari asked her as he arched an eyebrow blinking a bit.

Hearing her answer he smiled a bit. "Awesome!" He said with a smile as he decided to sit next to her. "So why'd you decide to enter?" Shikari asked her a little curiously. Shikari himself actually had a reason, but he wasn't sure for others. The amazing part of his reason too wasn't just to have fun fighting, but more to it.
