Zuri paced back and forth. However it didn't look like much of a pace considering the distances she was going. From the Rouge broaders into the pridelands tail flickering slightly irriated at herself.
"What am I going to do. This place doesn't feel right, but yet it's my home." She sighed there were tracks actually starting to slowly form where she was walking.
She almost wished for an easy way out. Something to just drag her which way she needed to be. "It shouldn't be so hard." She muttered as she stopped about her 10th pace into the pridelands and looked around.
She thought she'd heard someone, however she didn't see anything but a bird taking off from near by. So assuming she startled it, she sighed and returned to the mid pace she had paused stopped.

She wasn't sure if her sister was here however. She knew her father took the third of the sisters but she didn't know if she was still around, Jini'Kekaya the sister she never knew. Mawi Mai was wondering who she would meet here or if she would be able to even get past the borders that she was slowly coming up to. She had done this a few times... Come all the way out here and stop... She never ran into everyone, and would always be home to take care of her cubs before the moon was competely risen, she'd always end up running on her way home.
"Come on Mawi." She whispered to herself as she stared forward, she closed her eyes and held her breath, thinking about moving forward or not.

Zuri was walking along back towards the boarder. "UGH" She finally sat down tired of paceing, she saw a shape in the distance. And suddenly was interested.
She crept closer, well not really in a sneaky way but in a curious kitten like way. Even for an adult. Her tail flickered as her head tilted. She noticed a red tuff and as she inched closer she noticed the lioness seemed to have some sort of the same debate she did. She sat down and sighed.
"I guess confusion runs rampent with a few of us." Her tail flickered as she looked at the lionness. There was a soft smile as she sat a safe distance away so as not to threaten the other lionness, though she coudlnt say the same about startling her or not. "Nice jewelry by the by."

Mawi Mai didn't know of the other lioness approaching. She was caught in her own thoughts. Was it even good that she was here? Did her mother even want her to know of her father? She knew for a fact at one point of her very young life she met him, but other than that she didn't remember him. Her mother had no family to meet, and she had no clue of her father's extensive family. Including one of her father's second cousins approaching.
Her eyes snapped open when she heard another, she jumped slightly before her gaze shifted toward the other lioness. She looked familiar in some way, but Mawi shrugged it off. "That it does." She smiled at the other lioness, flicking her own tail behind her, to hear the comforting sound of her shakers, oh she loved that. It always made her feel better any where she was. She chuckled at the lioness softly. "Thank you. Its my prides normal jewelry." She nodded toward the lioness, before sitting down. "My name is Mawi Mai, and if you don't mind me asking what is yours?"

Zuri listened to the other lioness she tilted her head. Before grinning, "It's very interesting." She perked her ears at the sound as well. "They have a nice sound too."
She nodded listening to the other's introduction, "Aurizuri. It's nice to meet you Mawi Mai." She paused and as an after thought added, "You can call me Zuri though if you'd like."

Mawi Mai smiled softly and nodded. "It is a very nice pride, everyone is very musical, we sing, dance, anything that has to do with music." She chuckled softly then grinned. "They are very comforting, its a sound I've grown up with." She looked down at them before smiling softly at the memories of her mother and her messing with music or her and her sister.
She then looked up and nodded with a smile growing on her face once more. "That is a nice name Zuri, it is a pleasure to meet you." She chuckled before flicking her hair out of her eyes and thinking. Should she ask the lioness? Maybe she would know her father? Mawi had heard her had lots of children, and he got around a lot. "Have you heard of a lion with the name of Ezeoha?" She asked biting her lip hoping for a good answer, maybe this male did know of him.

Zuri seemed to think her tail flickered as well as one of her ears as she thought. "Ezeoha....." She frowned and shook her head, "However. I'm sure we can find him. That is if you want help looking for him.
She looked around, "I didn't grow up around the great rock so I don't really go around it much, perhaps once to meet the Queen.... who's dissapered I think." She sat down tail flickering. "I'm sure there's someone who can help us though."

Mawi Mai's ears perked up as she heard the other female say her father's name, she could tell that she was thinking. She looked excited until the other female's maw twisted into a frown. Mawi's ears folded back for a moment and she shook her head. "Oh no. Its alright I... I was just interested if you even heard of him." She laughed nervously before relaxing again. Maybe it was good that she didn't know him. She was kinda of relived.
She flicked her tail again before laughing again. "I'm not sure about the pride affairs here." She smiled softly shaking her head. "I know that some of my family is here and that is about it. I was just a little curious." She flicked her hair out of eyes before nodding to the female. "So Zuri, if you don't mind me asking why are you all the way out here near the rouge lands?"

Zuri blinked for a second before sighing. "Well it's slightly a long story. But Something here doesn't feel right anymore..." She sighed, "I never knew my mother, and well I don't really have a reason to stay here."
Her tail flickered, "I dont' have a reason to leave either though." She looked at Mawi before brushing aside her delima, "If you want though I could try and find out about him though, tell him you'd like to see him maybe?" She smiled looking at the other lioness.

Mawi Mai blinked a few times at the lioness before shaking her head. "I want to say I understand the feeling but I really don't." She shook her head slightly before looking at the female. "Staying in a place that doesn't feel right isn't good though. My mate's mother was kept as a slave in a place and because it didn't feel right she made she she escaped." She then laughed slightly and shook her head. "I don't mean your a slave here but I think you get what I mean. Its not good to stay in a place that you don't fee like you belong." She pawed at the female softly before shaking her head. "If you are unhappy it is a pretty good reason not to stay."
She gave the female a smile before flicking htthe hair out of her eyes and then looking down at her paws. "I'm really not that sure... I'm not sure what my mom or sister would say either." She laughed nervously before smiling at the female again. "I'm very unsure about this whole thing."

Zuri tilted her head in a slightly thoughtful pose. "I guess you're right." She chuckled slightly. Pondering her tail flickering.
"Well if you want to see him, you should one day." She paused, "Though even knowing a name is better than not knowing him at all." She sighed for a second, "Maybe, then if you're worried about what they'd think...." She paused, "You should ask them." There was a soft smile, "Get their advice or feelings on it. Who knows they might think it a good idea..."
She paused. "I'm sure however he'd be very happy to see you. Just like I'm happy when I see an old friend I haven't seen in a while."

Mawi Mai smiled at the female agreeing with her. The female seemed nice. That was good. She was glad that she didn't run into another that was not so friendly.
Once the female started talking she looked over at her again flicking her hair out of her eyes and looking down at her paws once more. "Thats true." She laughed softly before nodding. "I'm more that sure they would be okay with it." She laughed softly shaking her hair again. "I'd have to say I'm kinda just putting it off myself. Giving myself reasons not to do it." She laughed again then looked around. "I hope he would be happy to see me. I heard he had lots of children." She shrugged and then nodded toward her.
"Well If I want to get back before my cubs are sleep. I should head back home." She smiled loving the idea of being back home with her mate and cubs. "You should come visit one day." She chuckled winking at the female. "Who knows maybe one day my home might end up yours too. Or if you get a new pride you should stop by tell me about it." She laughed softly.

Zuri tilted her head and then nodded, "Of course," She nodded in agreement. "Hopefully we'll run into each other again." Her tail flickered. "I'd love to meet your cubs one day too."
She paused. "Say what pride do you live I didn't catch it's name?" She tilted her head.
She flicked her tail looking up at the sky, "I'll also wish you goodnight, As I should likely find a place to bed down as well." She smiled however she didn't walk off quite yet for she felt it rude to not wave good bye as the other departed for her home.

Mawi Mai chuckled sotly and nodded. "Agreed. And my cubs love to meet others. They would love to head stories about this pride." Mawi paused at what the lioness said next before turning around with a grind on her maw. "My pride is the Nchi'Mahadhi lands. Its really not that far off. We don't mind visitors so maybe if you do wander away you could stay for a night or two."
She nodded to the other lioness once more. "Good night and good luck." She turned around and started to trot back to her home. Maybe next time she wandered in this area she could run into the person she was thinking about running into.

Zuri nodded, "I'll remember that~!"
She watched as Mawi headed off, "Good night and good luck to you to!!" She grinned as she watched the lioness head off. "Hopefully you'll decide to actually meet your father one day..."
She sighed and sat there where she was till dark looking at the sky. Before she finally headed off to find some place to sleep.
