If you changelle someone for a rank that is taken by another, then you must post your changelle here, stating: Who your are changelleing and why.

I will tell you if I will allow the changelle to happen; If I say no then that is final. You may try and ask again, but PLEASE wait some time before you ask again; It'll make me mad if you bug me and then I will for sure not allow the fight to happen! If you wait, and work hard on your posts, improving your skills, then you'll have a good chance of getting the OK from me.

***NOTE: Also, who you are challenging has the right to refuse the challlenge. It wouldn't be very fair if they were forced into a battle with their say so.

If both me and the other say ok, then the fight will begin! The challenger will post first, setting up a battle between them and their fellow shinigami via Side-RP Battle/Fight. You must use your RP characters from this guild in order for the fight to be fair.

After a while, I will stop the fight and state who the winner is. If you get demoted, then shape up and try again~ biggrin
