[Feel free to come and sit, Tibarn and Ayra sent an open invitation to all of FEF, and the ceremony will start shortly, followed by the reception. :3 Everyone may come! Except Ashnard.]

Tibarn paced slowly, reaching up to adjust the ceremonial scarf he wore around his neck, then turned to face the full-length mirror propped against the wall. He was on the second floor of a restored lodge out in the woods a mile or so from Fefga's, and had spent the whole day here getting everything ready. And now, with Janaff dressed in his finest Phoenician formal nearby, the Hawk King was worried about how he looked.

"Ayra's never even seen this scarf, and it's... gah, it's seen better days. Look at this, the end's tattered off and the white and gold have separated halfway down..." He raised a hand to tug at his brilliant golden headband, which today replaced the usual red one. This one was more or less his crown as Phoenician king, and he rarely wore it. But this was certainly a better time than most to put it on.

"You look great, King!" piped up the smaller, dirty-blond hawk, who stepped forward and adjusted the scarf, shifting the orange jewel featuring the crest of Phoenicis. "Ayra's not gonna care that much how this stuff looks. She's marrying you, not your clothes. Now... don't you think it might be appropriate to put on a shirt, cover your chest...?"

Tibarn blinked, then smirked. "I'm not sure Ayra's ever seen me without my chest exposed. I don't want to shock her too badly." He winked, adding, "Not yet, anyway." He checked himself in the mirror once more and spread, then folded his wings before he opened the door and thumped down the stairs with his closest cohort close behind. He pushed open the doors and started toward the outdoor chapel, set on a stone slab leading up to a stone altar and overlooking a river that ran through the woods. It was a beautiful setting, and a beautiful, bright, and sunny day. Tibarn approached the chapel, where many were already gathered and chatting in their seats, and closed his eyes as he took a deep breath.

Crisp, dry air. He couldn't have asked for a better day.

Ashera must be smiling.

It was a beautiful day in Learania, the perfect day for what was sure to be a perfect wedding. Ninian smiled to herself as she made her way to the chapel alone. Although she didn't know them very well, she was happy for Tibarn and Ayra, who had found happiness amidst the recent strife. Though a bit unorthodox, the couple had already had a daughter together, little Vaherianslyeri, named after the morph her Laguz father had killed a few months prior.

She entered the quaint chapel, choosing to sit towards the back on the groom's side after deciding that of the two, she probably knew Tibarn a bit better than his soon to be wife. She sat carefully so as not to mess up her skirt, and so she would not trip on it when she went to stand later.

Looking around as she waited for others to come and the ceremony to begin, she couldn't help but remember her own wedding. It had been a simple affair; only close friends present--those who were closest to the noble and the dancer. It felt as if that day were a lifetime ago, it had been so long ago. The thought made her happy, and yet sad at the same time. She missed Eliwood.

She wondered what this wedding would be like. The only other wedding she had attended was that of Lord Hector, when Eliwood had served as his best man. That wedding, like her own, had been simple, but not as quiet; Lord Hector was the head of the Lycian League, after all. Though she had wanted to attend lady Lyn's wedding, by the time she had received the invitation, she had discovered her pregnancy and Eliwood did not think it safe for her to travel all the way to Sacae, and the chances of them being able to return to Pherae before Roy's birth were slim. Here away from their homelands, perhaps Tibarn and Ayra would be allowed a quiet wedding.

Ninian shifted in her seat, idly smoothing her skirt as she waited. Instead of her usual blue and teal dress, she'd chosen to wear a sleeveless red dress; perhaps a bit daring, but the red color was her way of remembering Eliwood.

"Ouch!"

"...Ow!" Despite how careful Isadora was being, there were a few problems with the outfit- namely, the fact that the zipper in the back of the wedding dress seemed to always catch in her hair, which had just been straightened. As she struggled to not only keep it in three parts so that she could braid it later while also getting her dressing finished, Ayra found that if there was a way for her to hurt herself, she did.

The night before, she'd fallen asleep on someone, and woke up the next morning in her room with no recollection of how she got there. Crazy parties and all of that.

Earlier she'd cut her finger when attempting to pick up the bouquet.

After that, it had been a slight burn with the iron that she used to straighten her hair.

And now this.

Looking up at Isadora with a sense of mild distress, she resisted the urge to fidget.

"It never gets easier, no matter how many times I go through with it. ...At least the weather's nice."

No matter how nice the weather, though, the same thing was always true- whenever Ayra got nervous, she got chatty, restless, and quite hard to deal with. It was a miracle that Isadora had had the patience to deal with her for this long, already.

Planning a big event was never easy, as Sophia already knew full well from past Learania festivities. Today was no different, but it was a touch bit more important to the magic user than the usual events she helped with. Two of her fellow crew members were going to get married today, and they had trusted her with the task of helping to plan everything out. The initial excitement of the job had just about worn off by now, to be replaced with a professional seriousness.

A light humming was being emitted from the draconic girl’s throat as she tapped her pencil restlessly against a clipboard. On the clipboard were numerous important details that she needed to make sure occurred in order for the ceremony to be successful. Since she was technically still on the job, Sophia remained out of the way. Her back was pressed against the chair she was sitting on as she casually observed the proceedings, her gaze flicking from place to place.

“Things seem to… to be going smoothly…” The lavender haired girl said as she rose from her seat and adjusted her medium length blue dress. People would be arriving soon, in fact Ninian already had. Moving over to the side, she stood in wait for the other guests, if anyone was in need of assistance it was her job to help.

Lance had heard all about it from various rumors. Royal wedding today! King Tibarn marrying Lady Ayra from Isaac! Well, he certainly hadn't recieved any invitation. It was hardly fair, considering that he had at least made some sort of reputation for himself.

The only thing he could think to make him feel better was that Finn, his knight friend, hadn't gotten an invitation either.

"Well, I gotta say! We'll make them regret not inviting us, wouldn't you agree Finnster?"

Lance turned around from looking through the window of the house him and the knight along with his protegeé were staying in.

"Are you ready, Prince Leaf?

"Yes, Uncle Finny."

The knight and the Prince were both standing near the front door, dressed up in a formal white tunic with long sleeves and matching pants, Finn even having a ceremonial sword at his side. The Prince, while not as tall as the knight, still had a very similar outfit.

Lance could feel his eyebrow twitch slightly, and as the knight grabbed the door knob to leave, Lance rushed in, slamming the door shut and blocking their way.

"Lance...what are you doing?"

"What am I doing...what are you doing?! Why are you all dressed up like if you're going to a party?!"

Finn and the tiny Prince looked at eachother before turning to the flabbergasted thief. "...You do realize there's a wedding, right?"

"Y-yes, but why are you going?! I thought you weren't invited, just like me!"

"It's an open invitation. Everyone is invited, you buffoon. You just had to tell in advance if you were coming or not."

Lance felt despair washing over him. Then it hit him. "Ooooh. I see. You're just pretending to go to the wedding. In reality, you're gonna stand up when the priest tells you to speak up or forever suffer in silence, because you cannot agree to the bride and groom getting joined in holy matrimony because of your lifelong crush on the bri-"

Lance didn't get to finish, as Finn had already gone out leaving Lance behind.

"TRAITOR!" he yelled as he ran after the knight. "How can you be so cold?!"

"Shut up! We're gonna be late! The wedding is going to be held in the woods, if you just dress up I'm sure you can stay on the sidelines!"

Lance stopped in his tracks. "Hey! That makes sense! Just give me a moment!"

Quickly disappearing inside again, Lance emerged barely five minutes later, all dressed up in similar clothing as the knight, only with an added white mantle to go along with it.

"...I swear, you sometimes amaze me with the inhumane feats you can accomplish."

Lance just smiled at the knight as they made their way to the woods. "Aww shucks. I can't even tell if you're complimenting me or not."

"You're just having the wedding jitters." Isadora reassured the bride as she struggled, but carefully trying to zip up the dress. Just how many bottles of alcohol did she drank last night? She thought.

Having the bachelorette party before merging with the bachelor party was not a good idea to celebrate Ayra's last day as a single woman. Despite waking up with a hangover, Isadora had somehow managed to help set the wedding and making sure that the bride was not thinking of cold feet. She wore her mini jacket over her dress to cover the hickey that Tibarn had given her on the chest last night. The paladin had thanked St. Elimine that she and the groom didn't went any further than kissing.

Or else I would have my head chopped off. Isadora thought as she finished zipped up the dress. Now all she had to do was to make sure that the bride wasn't planning of becoming the running away bride. It was a good thing that she woke up early to make sure that both Ayra and Tibarn didn't see each other before the wedding or else bad luck would come. Despite the minor problems that the bride had face, at least it didn't effect the wedding.

"Just stay calm and don't get so nervous. After all, you're about to marry the man you love." Isadora spoke calmly to Ayra as she gave the bouquet to the bride. "Don't think the wedding as very important. Just think of it as an ordinary day. We don't want you to have cold feet."

Tibarn spotted Sophia over by the vine-covered canopy, supported by four stone pillars, under which the path in the grass led to the aisle of the open-air chapel passed. The King of Hawks made his way over quickly and leaned on one of the pillars, shifting as he murmured, "Everything going smoothly? We're ready, so I can head up there anytime you need me to. Janaff's here, I give you full authority over him." He winked, waving at Finn and Prince Leaf as they approached, flashing a bright smile.

As the little royal and his escort approached, the groom moved toward them, his scarf twisting a little as he walked. It really was falling apart from age, but he still wore it as regally as he could while the threaded gold waved about separately from the white cloth hanging down past his wings. "Finn, Leaf, glad to see you two here." Tibarn's tanned, strong hand shook Finn's quite firmly, and then the noble laguz crouched to gently shake Prince Leaf's hand as well. "Ayra's side is on the left," he said as he stood. "I'm sure you know the drill, just go on ahead in."

He turned slowly, glancing over his shoulder at the accursed scarf, and paused to raise a brow at Lance. "Uh...? Sorry, I don't believe we've met. Did you RSVP?" He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, as if trying to match a face to a name.

"Jitters... right. Jitters." Trying in vain to shake it off (all it did was make her slightly lightheaded, really), Ayra sighed- the headache was pretty much gone, thankfully. Though she got drunk at the tip of a hat, she thankfully didn't normally suffer from debilitating hangovers. That wasn't to say that she didn't get them, but she wouldn't miss this day because of an ill-timed headache or a sudden spell of nausea.

Isadora's voice calmed her down immensely, and it was only that reassuring presence that let her take a deep breath- she'd been breathing shallowly from anxiety for the past few minutes, after all, but hadn't even noticed until she felt her muscles relax from the sudden influx of oxygen. She braided her hair rather quickly before, after putting a silver pin in her hair, noticed Isadora standing with something rather beautiful in her hands. Looking up at her with a soft smile, Ayra took the bouquet from her hands...

And yelped again.

That wasn't how it was supposed to go, and yet a thorn had dug quite nicely into her thumb. Looking at the drop of blood and realizing the pain had sobered her up quite a bit, she looked back at her companion again.

"Nah. No cold feet. Just nerves. ...Ready to go?"

Sophia tilted her head up so that she could meet the gaze of the hawk king as she approached. She wasn’t exactly short, but neither was she tall, that’s not to say that if she were taller that would make much of a difference as Tibarn would probably still tower over her. “Indeed,” came her simple, yet effective reply as the Arcadian girl nodded her head. “You might want to wait a bit… for some more people to arrive. Amelia, Amara, and Rei will hopefully be arriving… soon.”

“Feeling nervous at all? At the end of the day… you’ll be happily marri—“ She let the sentence fall off, unfinished as guests approached and greeted Tibarn. With Leaf being of high rank, Sophia offered the boy a polite nod, not feeling confident enough for anything more elaborate with what she was currently wearing. She wasn’t too familiar with any of the men, anyway, so her mouth remained firmly shut.

((If you mean open invitation as in last night sure xD, I'm too lazy to change my avi ))

"..Uuuugh.." Ephraim groaned, rubbing his head. Never in his entire life had he had such a hangover such as this one. Damn Isadora...He wouldn't be this dizzy if she hadn't shoved an entire bottle of Sake down his throat..and he wasn't one to drink..that Vodka some unknown person dumped on him last night sure didn't help either...course Ephraim recalled nothing from last night, aside from the fact that he woke up shirtless. He did however, remember part of the party (Before he got drunk) and the fact that today was Tibarn and Arya's wedding.

Granted, Ephraim has only met Arya once, but to be polite to the two couples whom he had only recently met, decided to attend. Currently he wore a simple light blue tunic and a silk dark blue cloak that stopped just at his knees. He shifted a little and pulled the cloak further toward his collar bone and adjusted the bottom of his tunic. Ephraim got to the chapel in time to see Tibarn greeting the guest. The wedding wasn't now it seemed and it gave Ephraim enough time to wander about. He spotted a bench under a tree that was pointed toward a lake and decided to have a seat over there till everyone got settled.

"Oh dear... Let's fix the bouquet first before we're ready. We don't want you to get p***k again." Isadora said as she took the bouquet away and checked Ayra's hands. So far, it was a minor p***k on the finger and the blood had stopped and dried up.

Turning her attention to the the bouquet, she picked up the scissors and cut off the thorns. It was a good thing that there was a make-up kit in the room in case the bride's hair needed to be fix. Making sure that there were any thorns sneaking around, Isadora wrapped it with a handkerchief and tied it with the ribbon that she found in the make-up kit.

Satisfied of her work, she handed back the bouquet to Ayra and took a look at her. Ayra look so beautiful in her white gown, that it somehow made Isadora wished she could married too. A streak of pain spread across her heart as she thought about Harken. If only we were married... Isadora thought as a drop of tear fell from cheek.

Oh... how she missed Harken. However, she knew that she had to move on and tried to live a happier life. When Ayra noticed her crying and asked her was she okay, Isadora looked up and let out a smile.

"Yeah... I'm fine. Don't worry about me. This is your day." Isadora assured. "After all, this is your wedding and you are a beautiful bride."

Amelia felt nerves spreading through her limbs, starting around her collarbone and seeping down, trying to reach her fingertips and toes. She shuddered a little, running her hand carefully through her hair and down the skirt of her dress to try to calm herself down. This wasn't even her wedding and she was getting jittery, for the love of Latona.

She had been helping Ayra for some time now, first with the straight iron to smooth out all the unruly hairs and flatten the curls in her long black hair (the slight burn she'd given on the back of Ayra's neck wasn't exactly helpful, either), and then to make sure she had all the parts of her dress, her bouquet, everything, and now that Isadora was helping Ayra zip into her dress, Amelia took a moment to take in a deep breath and calm down.

Maybe it was the fact that she wanted one of her own, or the fact that bad things always seemed to happen to her when she was wearing dresses (Siegell and the mistletoe at Christmas, then Siegell attacking Rhys and herself at St. Patrick's Day -- or wait, maybe it was Siegell seemed to fixate whenever she wore a dress, something like that), or the fact that Tibarn was finally marrying Ayra (quite late enough, in her opinion, but better late than never) but whatever the case, she knew she had to calm down. Ayra was nervous enough as it is. At the very least, she had to be supportive.

Amelia smiled after a moment, heartbeat suitably slowed. Everything would be fine, she was sure of it. She strode over to where Ayra was finishing her preparations, her own gauzy skirts swishing around her ankles. The three didn't match very well, but what the hell did they care? This wedding was probably nontraditional as it was. "Tibarn's going to need a bucket once he sees you," she told Ayra with a grin. "And yes. I'm ready. The question is if you are." Amelia patted her shoulder and smoothed one of the straps to her dress out. "We can't keep your big, strong man waiting for too long."

To be quite honest, Finn was getting a bit nervous. Leading Prince Leaf on, he was holding the child's hand. As they came closer, Tibarn approached them. Finn was a bit overtaken with how friendly the king was, but he didn't pay it much more heed. "I'm glad I could be here, King Tibarn."

Prince Leaf brimmed with happiness as the king shook his hand. "Leaf is glad to be here too!"

"Prince Leaf, you can go take our seats in the meantime."

The Prince smiled as he nodded. "Okay, Uncle Finny."

Finn smiled gently at how well-behaved the Prince was acting. As opposed to some others...

Finn felt a shiver going down his spine as the Hawk King turned to his jet-black haired friend. "RVSP? Are you telling me that I, the gre-"

Not allowing him to finish, Finn grabbed the back of Lance's head, making him bow. "I'm sorry, King Tibarn, but this idiot here has lived in a basement for the past month. He had no idea he needed to tell in advance he was coming. Please forgive him, it's fine if he can attend the wedding even from way in the back."

Lance rose his head immediately to protest. "The back?! I'm not about to stand way over in the back where I can't see anything! Then I might as well not attend anyway!"

Finn sighed in the brief silence that followed. "Okay, nevermind, he's no-"

"I'M SORRY! I LIED! PLEASE LET ME ATTEND!" his friend cried out, clinging to Finn's tunic like a beggar begging for money.

"...well? Can he?" Finn said once he had hit Lance over the head to make him silent.

A wedding, eh? Well, it was as good a reason as any to appear again.
The doors to the church wherever the heck they were burst open, and Vaida strolled in, and Tori behind her, by default. Her dress was pretty characteristic of her, as it showed a significant amount of skin. Still, it was sexy.. and that was enough. She ignored the identity of those who said hello and asked her for an RSVP. Pushing her way passed all the insignificant dunderheads that dares get in her path, she grazed over to take a seat, taking time to have the utmost attitude, of course.

"My, my, a wedding, huh... Wonder if this'll be her final one." She said, disregarding the clear rudeness of her comment. She motioned Tori over to the seat next to her, then took her seat, lounging very comfortably within it. She looked around, her attention only being distracted by random squeaky outbursts from Tori. Vaida proceeded to then clamp Tori's mouth shut with her fingers. Tori stopped making noise. She looked around once more, not seeing anybody notable.
"Hmph."
Maybe she was bored. Oh well, she took the time to actually come, so that should be good enough for anybody.

"Thank you, Isadora. I swear that thing has it out for me." Shaking off her hand and making sure that nothing was going to show (God forbid if she was to nervously fiddle with her dress and leave blood on it!), the bride-to-be let the blue-haired paladin fuss over the little pinprick and grab the makeup kit she was fairly sure she wouldn't need. If it made Isadora feel better, she wasn't going to fight it- the older woman did so much to help her out, already...

Looking to Amelia, Ayra couldn't help but laugh- the poor girl looked so nervous! Granted, her own laughter was filled with nervous jitters, but so what? The point was that she had someone else to look at- someone who just might have been more nervous than she was! (Inwardly, she couldn't figure out why she was so bloody nervous. What, did Rhys see her naked, or something?) While there was some degree of reassurance, however, Ayra knew that nervousness was contagious. So long as Isadora remained relatively calm, however--

"Isadora?"

The woman dismissed her inquiry, and Amelia quickly followed up with her little tidbit. Grinning foolishly at the blonde and resisting the urge to ruffle her hair, Ayra nevertheless looked at her and spoke.

"'Course, this could've been a double wedding, if you catch my drift..." Taking the bouquet back and looking towards the door, that impish grin came back.

She wondered how he'd react. Ayra, swordmistress more suited to wearing blood than dresses, out here in lace and white silk. How odd.

"This wedding's not going to make itself, is it? After you, Amelia."
