I totaled my car today and I'm a mess. The accident was all my fault because I failed to give the right away to a car I didnt' see. The other person was fine because they were driving a suv but my tiny ford focus is a wreck. Also, my hands are all bruised from the air bag. *le sigh* I probably will never be able to drive ever again.

Yeah, my insurance is really good about paying costs. The person that I got into the accident with doesn't have insurance but I was talking to a friend and he told me that that might work in my favor.

Isn't it illegal to drive an uninsured car? Or is that just here?

The traffic laws in Texas are soo stupid! There is a million point system for DWI's (unless you kill someone) and some of the fines are nothing.
